The best invention ever!!
Here’s the birthday gift that I requested this year. It’s pricey but SO WORTH IT!!I can not give enough praise for this robot vac. (I don’t make a commission on this review)It vacs and mops. It empties itself and there are no bags to buy. It does not get stuck because it picks itself up to go over things. It got tangled in a cord and got itself free.It uses Lidar to map your home and you can set boundaries so it stays out of certain places. Our shower does not have a door so I set a boundary on the app and it knows not to go into the shower. I also set it to where it vacs my rugs but knows not to mop them.I set a timer in the app and it starts and cleans everyday at the same time without me doing a thing. Once it’s done it puts itself up and empties itself and starts to charge without me lifting a finger!It even works on thick area rugs! My old one would just suck the rug up and get stuck.It even leaves cleaning marks in rugs just like a vacuum does (see picture below)We have 3 dogs and this wonderful invention keeps my floors CLEAN.I can’t recommend it enough.It has 8000pa suction power where most only have 5000pa.10 out of 10 recommend !!!!

Great on bamboo floor!
I’ve been using the C12 Pro Plus for about a week now, and have been blown away at how great it works! I recently bought a Roomba (vac only) and it couldn’t find it’s way back to the home base (when it did it usually didn’t charge), got clogged with dog hair, and got stuck…a LOT. I returned it after the Yeedi arrived and couldn’t be happier! We have two dogs that shed quite a bit, so I set the Yeedi app to vacuum every night. I have to search diligently to find any dog hair on the floor after it completes a pass. It has great run-time and always gets back to the homebase to recharge. I like how it auto-empties into the container, and it is super easy to empty the container into the trash. It’s great that it is bagless–one less thing to have to deal with is always good! The anti-tangle mechanism means no human or dog hair gets stuck in the roller. Cleaning stuck hair was always a pain before the Yeedi!The app is great, and I like how it uses laser-mapping to determine our floorplan (the app shows this map). There are a lot of options on when and where to clean. These include four levels of suction power (one is ‘quiet mode’ and it is pretty quiet), water flow rate for mopping, two levels of mop vibration frequency, and you can choose 1 or 2 cleaning passes (we’ve found that one has always been sufficient for us). We use a floor cleaning solution for our bamboo floors, and it’s very easy to change out the vac module for the vac & mop one. I even got to name it….”DarthSuckBot5000!”I may buy another one for my office, which has vinyl laminate flooring. Long-term durability is unknown at this point, but it seems like it is very well-built. I got the three-year warranty from Asurion (39.99) just in case. I would definitely buy the C12 Pro Plus again!

Great Vacuum and Map, Lackluster App
Update: adding a star because I factory reset it again and it seems to be working fine (only been 24 hours)Original review: I ordered this around the end of September after my other vacuum(another brand) died. Having 2 cats and a dog, a robot vacuum is essential in my life to helping ensure clean hardwood floors with little effort on my part. I decided for my new one I was going to really review a few different options and finally settled on this brand due in part to its bagless container, main brush head that looked promising for no tangles and the vibrating mop pad. Upon arrival I was so excited as my floors were driving me nuts and unfortunately that excitement died quickly. I am not a beginner with technology or smart vacuums however this unit would not power on at all no matter what I did. I emailed the company and went through the hassle of returning the unit back and waiting for the replacement to arrive. The replacement arrived and I was excited. This one powered on and the app let me set it up. The first 2 weeks with it were great and I was making it vacuum whenever I felt like it. The overall map of the house was pretty spot on and I loved how easy it was to set boundaries between them. However, recently(mind you I have only had this replacement for maybe a month) for the last 2 weeks it keeps telling me “Area not found” when trying to get it to vacuum any room, even the same room that the unit is in! I even created a new map thinking that may fix it. I will say the bagless feature and the main brush are key selling points for me still however please ensure that you are cleaning under the main brush regularly as dust/dander/hair likes to get caught up in the fence looking section between the brush and the dust collection in the back.Overall it cleans rooms I select when it feels like it and the other times it gives up and returns to the home base. Thankfully I can use the auto button/feature and at least ensure a full house clean. Honestly, for the money paid for this unit I am highly annoyed at the app features and it makes me second guess my decision to purchase this. If they fix these app/vacuum communication issues I will be thrilled.
