Pros and cons. Super easy to plug in and use. Comfortable headset. The battery life covers me for an entire work day easily. The con is when it does need to reset….. not as easy /accessible. Love the display to allow for speakerphone use too.

I got tired of using my AirPods they were giving me headaches. These are so light and comfortable and i can connect multiple devices. The sound wa quality (send and receive) is excellent on phone calls thru my cell phone, thru my computer and just to participate in zoom meetings and trainings.

These headsets suck. They often don’t work (callers hear us, but we don’t hear them), and the very worst part about them is the customer service, which is virtually nonexistent. First you have to submit a ticket to them, which is a puzzle to complete, and then no one answers you. Crap product and crap customer service. DO NOT BUY

I would have given it 5 stars, my only complaint is the distance I can walk away from the base is terrible. I work from home and cannot even go down the hall 20 feet and the signal is gone.

This is my second headset from yealink. Good battery. Good range. Clear audio. Great with zoom!!~. Call controls don’t work with google meet, no headset I have yealink Jabra, Apple etc can hang upa google meet or chat call.
