Works as advertised, but the connection type was unclear.
Just FYI: I did end up returning this because the hardware wasn’t what I expected.When I used it, the sound was crystal clear, the headset was comfortable, and I could leave it on all day without worrying about it suddenly dying mid-conversation.The reason for my return is that I wanted a headset that connected to my computer with a USB dongle. This one **technically** does that, but the charging base connects to the computer and acts like a dongle. While this is fine if you have a desktop or you’re stationary, it’s a pain if you’re more mobile: you can’t really pack up the charging base each time you go into a different room.If they made one with an independent charging base and a separate USB dongle, I’d absolutely get it.

I use these every day, I really like them. The battery lasts a long time and I can talk almost 100 feet away in a metal building through walls and doors. I can’t think of anything I wish would change except with the price were lower. But, you get what you pay for!

Build quality poor.
The only reason I did not give less stars is because the headset has great range and audio clarity so from that perspective it is great.My issue with it is the ear pads are starting to split and I have only had this headset for 5 months. (Purchased August 27, 2024)I had another brand of headset for 4 years before it started to gave this type of issue so I am not impressed with the quality of the material used.Looking to determine if any parts are user repairable if they can be repaired at all.

I’ve had the same headset since 2020 and it kept disconnecting. One of my coworkers got sick of dealing with me and my tech issues and got me these instead. I liked them so much, I got a second pair for my home office. Works well with teams, pretty good range, and it has good sound to listen to music.

I’m kind of meh about this product. It worked excellent the first week, now it keeps disconnecting from my pc and sometimes I don’t even a notification when a call comes in. The range is amazing however the actual quality isn’t ….well not for the price you pay anyway. I paid over $200 for this headset and I don’t feel this is a $200 headset

Cell phone pairing
Can’t seem to get this thing to pair with my cell phone. I may eventually figure it out, and the manual isn’t helpful but at this point I am totally regretting this purchase. And I only gave a star because it would not allow me to give 0 stars.
