Liked this headset so much that I bought a second!
For the price, I think this headset is fantastic – several months ago I bought one that I use on days when I’m in the office, and I just got another to take when I’m traveling and need to do calls in an airport. It would be awesome if it had a hard case, but at this price point I get why it doesn’t. I haven’t had any problems with sound quality – the sound on my end is very clear, and I haven’t had anyone on the other end have any problems hearing me at all even when there’s significant background noise. I usually charge it first thing in the morning, and haven’t had any problems with the battery getting depleted during the day. I find the controls to be very simple.A couple of minor irritations – when I turn the headset on it tries to pair with both my laptop and phone, so when I’m trying to use with my laptop I have to manually disconnect it from bluetooth on my phone or I get a “connected” message every 20 seconds or so as it reconnects with my phone. And I wish the charging cord was longer – you can’t charge and use the headset at the same time with the cord that came with it (but I think most of us probably have another longer cord lying around that can be used.)Overall, I have been very pleased!

Connectivity easy to use and connect
I’ve tried so many work from home headphones this is where it’s at! Normally headsets turn off after a few hours of idle time these do not do that! I can wear these comfortably for my whole 8.5hr shift without any pain. Connectivity is so easy for set up . Sound clarity is great ! No complaints on background noise ! And I listen to music and I can hear my customers loud and clear. Volume on max is easy to control on the device and mute button is easily accessed with just a flick of the mic up wards u even get a little voice that tells u “mic muted mic unmuted / power on power off” easy to know while on calls . The color is simple and cute the way it’s build I can see me with these for a while love it !

I got these for my wife to use while working remotely, and she absolutely loves them! The ability to mute by simply moving the microphone up is a fantastic feature. They’re incredibly comfortable for all-day wear and paired effortlessly with her computer via Bluetooth. Good Headset – I Had A Bad Pair
I was super excited about these headphones for the first week and now, I’m pissed 😭 They fit like a dream, super soft, have a nice amount of give for us large headed people, the sound clarity is A1 and they’re extremely durable and nice range from the USB dongle. That was my 5 star experience.Edit To Add: Customer service reached out to make it right but I had already returned it. Added 2 stars to my review.Update to yesterday: It constantly disconnects. I didn’t have any interference between the headphones and the dongle. I’ve been using them for work and finally felt “free” and not tied down. I reached out to the customer service on their Shopify store for troubleshooting or possible replacement, no answer. I’m returning them.

Working from home with a baby? Get these!
I’ve had this headset for about a yr with my wfh job. My job requires me to be hard wired to the PC for calls. I work a very slow call center job so staying at my desk all day was not an option. These headsets connect by BT, Plug in, & USB connection for wireless. I use the usb plug in and it’s like being wired but it’s bt. I have not had any problems. I’ve even had issues with my pc and needed IT help and it’s never been a problem with my headset being connected. Sometimes the callers say I’m talking to low but adjusting the mic location on my face seems to work fine. I recently had a baby, and I have not had any complaints about the baby in the background, yet! My baby is 5 months old and becoming very vocal. I will update this review if there is ever a background noise issue. I listen to music and watch TV sometimes and it seems fine. I love being able to push the mic up or down for muting. They are a little big and bulky (still very comfortable, i sometimes forget i have them on), I’m thinking about trying the one ear headset from this same brand!

Didn’t last a month
I recently started working from home, my supervisor told me about these and sent the link for these headphones, (she absolutely loves the Headphones). Now I have to admit, for the first 2 weeks, they were great I LOVED THEM! The set up was super easy and fast, I used the dongle because I’ve always had issues with Bluetooth in the past. As soon as I plug the dongle in, I was ready to go, super easy super fast! The sound quality was spot on, and everyone could hear me clearly, and the cushion on the ears was perfect, i have sensitive ears and all others hurt my ears within 5 min of wearing them, these im able to have on for a few hours before my ear gets sore. Huge plus for me. LOVED the flip up mic mute, made it so much easier during calls..AFTER 2 WEEKS ABOUT, they started messing up, the mic would un-mute out of the blue white it was up still or even down, and then it would disconnect and I wouldn’t be able.to turn them off. I would hold the power button down and literally nothing would happen. I would have to plug them in just to shut them off. The sound quality was far from clear and people were having trouble with hearing me or not hear me at all. It was very frustrating especially in meetings or in the middle of a call, was told i sounded as I was far away and could barely hear me or not even hear me at all… for my job it’s important i have Headphones that are on point…. These unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment especially when 2 other coworkers have the same pair and have had no issues other then turning them off at times…Luckily I’m still in the time frame where I’m able to return them!!

I would like to edit my review – the headset works but the program on my work laptop is junk! I was upset this headset was not working and the manufacturer offered a full refund. I will decline as some updates fixed the problem and I am back on with this great device.

Good headset worth the money you spend , it’s comfortable and has good audio . It has a decent battery life and with a good mic movement could be rotated from front to back , However it comes with a few draw backs1) it cannot be used while being charged which is a bit in convenient when it dies in the middle of a call .2) wish it came in a hard casing .3) it connects to several Bluetooth devices at once but it prioritizes the dongle like it should , but when you play audio on your connected mobile device , you don’t hear it , so you need to disconnect and reconnect it .

Yo compre estos audifonos en Mayo 2024 y hoy Julio 2024 puedo decir que me han servido de maravilla, cero quejas, y eso que los uso mucho por que trabajo desde casa tomando y haciendo llamadas. Son muy faciles de usar, solo conectas la cosita USB con la que viene a la computadora y listo. Yo pense que el colchon de la diadema se iba a hacer fea con el tiempo pero todavia esta en muy buen estado, tambien pense que los colchones de los audifonos se iban a hacer feos o perder su forma pero estan muy bien. Son muy comodos, no estan muy flojos ni muy apretados por que me a pasado que hay unos muy apretados que me duelen las orejas por que uso lentes. No uso la bolsa que vinieron por que tendria que estarlos metiendo y sacando a cada rato y al final de mi trabajo los uso para jugar en linea. La bolsa solo la uso para guardar unos USB o cables que tengo. Tampoco eh tenido la necesidad de usar el cable con aux de audio. Los puedes conectar a tu telefono celular o a cualquier otro aparato que tenga bluetooth y ocupes escuchar algo. Tiene buena distancia, a veces estoy en una junta y me pongo a hacer otras cosas como recoger o a veces me voy a otro cuarto y la llamada se escucha perfectamente bien.
