Good value
The earbuds came with clear instructions. Syncing with my iPhone was simple. They work fine. Clicking on the earbuds to raise or lower the volume is taking some practices. I like the assortment of different size ear caps. The ear clips don’t give as tight a hold as I would like when I’m jogging, but the buds stay on. I wish the charging cable (about 18 in.) were longer. Overall, a good product and a good value.

I really like these headphones. I use them around the house and at the gym. The quality of the audio is fantastic as well. Fits well in my ears. And super easy set up.

Vislla stuck by their product. I own a pair of the older version and had charging issues with them when I first bought them. I contacted Vislla customer service and explained the situation to them which prompted them to send me another pair. That to me spoke volumes in today’s retail market. I enjoy the new design along with the updated charging. The sound is okay. Good customer service experience is why I bought the new design.Update: After using for a few weeks I’ve had the chance to really put these to use. A couple of dislikes, the Bluetooth range is very minimal, connection cuts out under 20ft. (unsatisfactory). At times I like the volume loud when I’m at the gym to drown out what they’re playing, and I found myself having to turn the volume up to almost full blast. Although the sound quality is clear, this is somewhat of a pet peave of mine. The older versions had far better connectivity and volume control. On the plus side Vislla did fix the charging issue and this model is certainly an upgrade from the old. I’ve only charged the base (with earphones included) one time since I’ve had them and they’re still holding a charge. I’d say I’ve gotten 12-15 charges off the base since first charging them. The older version charging ports were reset into the unit, and now they redesigned them to be protruding out for a much better contact for charging. Because of the lack of connectivity and volume issues I deducted one star. Overall a decent Bluetooth headset but next time will try another brand.Second update (April 27th 2022: 4 months in and the right side will not charge making it useless. This is a similar problem this company had with the old design, although better overall design still the same issue. Who wants to keep paying $25 every three to four months for a new pair of earbuds? Not this guy! Spend a little extra on a good pair to save yourself the hassle. I have to deduct another star because of this. I don’t write many reviews so take my word for it, this is clearly not a fluke but a manufacturing defect.
