Customers say

Customers find the pager system works exactly as shown in the video and is easy to set up, with sound that’s loud enough to be heard in multiple rooms when pushed. They appreciate the light-up feature and find it extremely helpful for aging parents, providing peace of mind. The sound quality receives mixed feedback, with one customer noting too many useless melodies. While some customers consider it good value for money, others feel it’s a waste of money.

    First impression
I think it’s a little soon to write a real review. But, my first impression is that they are perfect for what I need. Basic setup is easy, just press and hold a button for 5 seconds, then press the remote call button. But, muting the volume and/or the lights isn’t documented. The instructions for changing the ring tones is also not well documented. I noticed after my initial setup that different call buttons elicited different ring tones on the same device. I think that’s a great feature, but it’s not documented and I’m not sure how to control it. I guess I’ll figure it out.The biggest things I was pleasantly surprised by is that all 4 call buttons can trigger all 4 ringers at once. That’s exactly what I needed. I’m using these in a 3000+ sq ft home and so far, the reception is just fine. The furthest receiver from the furthest transmitter is working no problem. If the batteries hold up and don’t catch me off guard as some reviews eluded to, I’ll be very happy with the purchase, documentation aside. But, being that I just started using them less than 24 hrs ago, I’ll have to see how it plays out.

Works perfectly and at long distance
This worked out of the box, perfectly. I didn’t measure the actual distance, but the call button activated the chime in a retail space from a floor away, down a long hallway and through brick to a lower level. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The number of options for the chime sound is actually insane; maybe like 50 different tunes? All midi sounding but some are super attention getting/aka annoying but that’s the point so thumbs up for that. Also, if you get bored of one or don’t want a traumatic “The Haunting” type situation where that particular tune haunts you for the rest of your years, then the variety is a good feature.

    Very impressed!
Product is well designed so it doesn’t look bad or tacky on your walls. Easy to install. Every call light button synced right to every box automatically. My grandfather can call me using the button in the bathroom, his room, or his wheelchair at all times. The boxes are located throughout the house and one in the garage. I can hear them clear and his buttons reach the house all the way to the garage which I didn’t think it would. I love that he can hit each button and all boxes go off together so no matter where I’m at, I can hear it. Great product. We are very happy with it.

Excellent product overall w/4 call buttons
Overall, this is an excellent product, which I would highly recommend. It would be nice if there were a lower volume setting for the receivers lowest volume for both the portable and the plug-in. Plus, while there are a lot of different tones available for use on the receivers, it would be perfectly fine to have less, but have more pleasant tones or music. Most of them are totally inappropriate for sick room use. Finally, it would be nice if one of the call buttons were smaller and mountable on a wristband that could be put on the patients wrist. If you need to have a call button, you certainly don’t want the patient to have to find where it is dangling on their neck or placed somewhere else. The wrist is the most reasonable choice as it is always available to the patient and easy to find, especially if the patient is in bed or sleeping.

    She feels safer
We had a set up like this but the wife didn’t research so she bought battery operated ones. I did research after being tired of always replacing batteries and found this. The bang for the buck was perfect. It does exactly as needed for when the mother-in-law needs help, we can come running to her every beckon call. She loves that part! I’m so glad there are different tones to choose from.We did have one of the three receivers that has a bad volume button. Probably should ask for help on that one.I would highly recommend this as an inhouse product that you can use when you have old people living in your house and can’t yell out loud of if they have their TV up so loud you can’t hear their voice over it.

    Worked til one didnt
Got this in dec 2023.. have two outside in 2 different polebarns approx 150 or so feet from the house n one in the house. It’s nice they have a number of ringtones but sadly the only one I found bearable was the doorbell sound.. n it gets a little.comfusing when fedex shows up. I got these for my 89 yr old mom. Here’s what I liked: they worked n from quite a distance from the house n inside the house. The button pushes easy. It does have a volume button on the receiver. The batteries have lasted over a yr without having to be replaced. What i didn’t like. One of the receivers just recently quite working n i dont see that I can just order an additional one without buying a whole new set. My mom wears it around her neck n it is quite large n cumbersone at times, but its also easier for her to find. But when she is sleeping n lays on it. It also will then give false alerts for help. It defintely needs better options for soundsConclusion. For the past yr it has been a great asset to have in caring for my mom. We’ve had no difficulties with it for the past yr til now when one receiver stopped working.
