Best product for sleep! Just make sure you get tablets and NOT the gel caps.
This is the most effective over the counter sleep aid I have found. It is my go to. You have to get the TABLETS and NOT the GEL CAPS. They must have a different formula because the gel caps did not work at all for me, but the tablets are amazing! Guaranteed good night sleep.

Effective for Carsickness
Unisom worked well for easing carsickness, though it didn’t put me to sleep. However, it did make me extremely drowsy, which helped with the discomfort. It’s a good option for travel if you don’t mind the drowsiness!

Great product- Am a mild insomniac and these are pretty reliable and effective. Usually work within 30 minutes. In my opinion, better than taking benadryl and don’t have that drowsy feeling in the morning. Worth it.

I started using unisom when I was pregnant with my first child and had a very hard time sleeping. I still have them on hand on nights when I really need to rest. The effect quicks in quick and no drowsy feeling the next morning!

Unfortunately this has not made me sleep right away. It takes several hours . The biggest problem is the side affects it has the next day. Stays in my system too long and I am falling asleep on and off all day, Maybe 1/2 pill would be better, I don’t know, But I am useless all day the following day. At least I am retired so I don’t have to go to work the following day. At another time I will try 1/2 pill. Right now I am reluctant.

Melatonin is not working for me. It takes too much time to work, if I up the dosage, I don’t feel like I slept enough and sure feel groggy all day. So I had to look for another solution. And I found it!This product works in 30 minutes for me. I sleep deeply and don’t have any residual side effect the next day. Just follow the dosage, no need to exceed, it works.

Hoping against hope that this one would finally be different and help with my chronic insomnia, I purchased it recently. Unfortunately, like all the other versions that make many people sleepy, this just gave me the usual foggy, yet hyper-feeling. I took it about 30 minutes before bed. After 30 minutes there was a tiny feeling of drowsiness, but that soon morphed into a thick-headed, mind-racing few hours of frustration.If other antihistamines don’t do the trick for you, I would think twice before wasting your money on this very expensive version!!!!
