I only receive 2 small speakers, where is the LONG sound bar? Is it a long sound bar and 2 speakers?
No. Only 2 joinable soundbars, which could be combined into 1 long soundbar or you could use these 2 soundbars as 2 vertical tower soundbars.
Why does streaming sound static in Netflix or Amazon Prime video?
It support Netflix/Amazon Prime. But please switch the sound setting to STEREO output when you use streaming. (in app setting such as Netflix or TV setting)
Why is there no sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting – Different TV have different sound setting, please provide TV model to us for specific setting process according to your TV model.
Is there any deep bass? or subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?

This is two sound bars that click together to form one. It comes with everything you need for wall mounting and tower mounting. It also includes auxiliary cord, hdmi cable, and an optical cable. This is truly an all included package. It just needs 2 AAA batteries for the remote. Set up is straight forward. It also connects via Bluetooth; which is what I ended up using. Very clear sound. The pic is under a 75″ for reference. Very sturdy. There are instructions and help ful guides everywhere. It also has a lifetime warranty you can activate.

This is the first sound bar Iโve ever bought so I donโt have anything to compare it to. I recently bought a new tv. The sound was poor so I ordered your product. The instructions were very clearly written, the price was great, and my tv sound is much better now !

Absolutely great sound from this reasonably priced soundbar. Three options for mounting – long soundbar as it is, wall mount or separate the speakers (stands and all hardware included!!). And no need to buy any connecting cables – they’re all included as well. Great TV connection tips. Took me only minutes to connect to my TV, CD player and DVD player. Will purchase another for the TV in our bedroom.
