Bought this for my wife. She absolutely loves it. We also have wall warmer rack that we use AFTER we use the towel to dry it. But to warm a towel before using it this is the product to use. It warms one or two large towels in the time it takes her to take her bath. Very easy controls and aesthetically very pleasant. It goes with the spa look that she has in our bathroom. I did not want to write a review immediately after I bought it because I have been burned out before with products that only perform at the beginning. We have been using the warmer for almost three months and had no problems at all. It also works well with Alexa but she uses that feature only when she is going to take a very short bath, and she is away from the bathroom Otherwise not needed since it works fast warming the towels, so she just turns it on just before she fills the bathtub.
