Solid steel high quality lock
I was surprised at the level of quality of this deadbolt. It is a very large and very strong, solid steel faceplate and keyed lock. The pin pad has lighted keys and can be seen easily day and night. It definitely is a lot stronger and solid than I thought it would be. I was also afraid I might not think it good enough for a front door deadbolt but as soon I took it out and held it in my hands I could feel how strong it is. It certainly feels good enough for a front door deadbolt. I was thinking some smart criminal might be able to hack into it and pen it that way but I have doorknob locks and a solid steel gate they have to get through first so that’s not really an issue. It’s a silly idea anyway because common criminals aren’t usually computer programmers by day.The code is nice because I have locked myself out before but with this keypad that can’t happen. You will always know your code. The brushed nickel looks really nice and is highly fingerprint resistant and the black of the keypad matches everything else. It functions well because it has keys to it just in case for some reason the keypad don’t work.I was also surprised to see that it can hook up to a wifi gateway and that it has an app that you can check the status of your deadnolt with. It will tell if it’s locked or unlocked and then you can unlock it or lock it from the app as well. I found it to be very impressive and I really like all of the settings and features. There’s a door entry log and bluetooth phone connection. It will recognize up to 100 different people. Bed and breakfast hosts and air B&B owners might want to take note.It does take batteries to power it but if you forget to change the batteries or they die, whatever, then you just plug in a power bank to unlock it and then change the batteries.

Versatile and Secure deadbolt
Wanted to get an updated deadbolt for our front door where we could find a way to allow people access without having to distribute and collect keys. Using this lock we can give codes, allows access through the app, and we can track it all with the recording of all information into the cloud. Setup is fairly easy and adding and removing codes is simple. The install isn’t difficult and if you use rechargeable batteries, it is a perfect solution for what we were looking for. All in all, this is a great way to secure our home while simultaneously affording us the versatility as to how we provide access to our home. Highly recommended!

This digital lock is certainly made of quality materials with perfect weight. It installed very easy as the manufacturer included a cardboard template to follow. Makes it easier to install without making any mistakes. The fact that it has a rechargeable feature is wonderful, but don’t worry about the battery running down and becoming locked out. It comes with a set of backup keys to be able to gain entry into whatever door you chose to install it on. Very well packed with a beautiful satin steel finish, which makes it harder to leave fingerprint behind after use. The functionality is fast and smooth. It’s absolutely a quality piece and would add appeal to any entrance whether it be steel, wood or any other material. It has a long period of charge before needing to charge it again. Looks great and works well. That’s certainly a win, win for me.
