I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The watch arrived in excellent condition, just as described. The strap is brand new, the case is flawless with no scratches, and it works perfectly. Packaging was secure and the shipping was fast. If the original charger with the base had been included, I would’ve been even more delighted, but I’m still giving it 5 stars because the watch is truly outstanding. Thank you for a great product!

A very nice renewed watch.
The watch arrived in almost new condition. There was only a very miniscule nick on it that I corrected with a sharpie marker. The screen and back are perfect. The watch band is like new. The battery life is strong. The charger and cord are aftermarket and slightly bigger in diameter than an original. All functions are working. This is a very good renewed watch.

Well worth the money
I am giving this five stars. This is my first smartwatch, I was hesitant at first because I’m not a techy, however I learned how to use it rather quickly. As for the over all look, it looked brand new with no dents, nicks, or scratches. The band looked brand new like it had never been worn. I only have to charge it every three to four days. It connected really easy to my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone. It has Hard Fall Detection from what I understand its like a life alert I’ve fall and can’t get up kinda thing.

The watch is great! It arrived in “as-new” condition, no scratches or anything. Mine is an LTE smartwatch, and for $130 it’s a steal! Couldn’t be happier with the watch itself.The watch band on the other hand broke the first time I used it. The magnet fell off. Also, the charger that was supplied is the old style usb plug. I bought a usb-c charger for it and a couple watch bands.Edit to add- when the watch arrived, it was at 0%. Apparently this is normal, but others (such as myself) don’t know this. Once I charged it up, everything worked fine and my battery lasts about 1.5 days with always on display turned on.

Works with S25 Ultra and Great Battery Life
I love this thing. Works with the newest S25 Ultra without issues. Crystal clear picture and incredibly long battery life (3 days easily on a full charge). I was concerned about not having a rotating bezel, but the UI is easy to navigate and I dont find myself missing it. Because this item is not new, it did have some gunk in the crevices that needed to be cleaned out. Easily cleaned, but the supplier should have done a better job. Charger works great. No official box, no official manual.

Great refurb!
Like many others, I got the watch refurbished to save half off the sticker, which is still pricey for a last gen model. I figured since Amazon was fulfilling the order, it would be easier and safer to replace a defective one if I got unlucky (as I have been burned before and am very wary of renewed products).It’s been about a week and to be honest I was expecting glitches, but none have yet to be found! The refurbishing partner clearly knows what they’re doing in fixing up their tech. The original seller listed for my purchase was Chubbiestech.The only thing to be aware of is that there is clear evidence that this is an opened and refurbished product – adhesive remnants around the face edge and some scuff marks around the ring were the first things I noticed upon opening the package. That being said, these were very minor blemishes that I ended up covering anyway with a watch case. The screen itself is completely clear of any scratches or marks, and so far responds to touch very well.The operating system seems to respond at a fair speed. Not having owned a brand new version of this same watch, I can’t say much more than this. By general “feeling” of OS responsiveness, this watch could maybe be smoother as it sometimes hesitates or stutters between changing screens. However, it could very well be the limitation of Samsung’s OS itself and not anything to do with the refurbishment.Battery life has also been fair – the watch would last me about 72 hours as a moderate user (daily exercise, step count, HR monitor every 10 minutes, overnight for sleep tracking). Heavier use (music, phone calls) brings down the battery a lot faster as to be expected, but I see it lasting at minimum 24 hours without charge. Charging takes about 20 minutes to juice up ~30%, so I can expect a full charge in 1 hour as long as the watch isn’t dead. I did not receive a Samsung charger, but the unbranded one works just as well.Overall, super happy about this purchase, and even happier for getting it basically half off the market price for a brand new one!

Al leer reseñas de este producto no sabía si tendría varios rasguños o golpes y afortunadamente el mío solo tuvo uno al costado y un pequeño rayón en la parte de abajo (sensor) y de ahí en fuera todo perfecto, la correa no se si es original pero funciona muy bien, no se desabrocha nunca y el cargador genérico pero carga muy bien y rápido. Recomiendo mucho este producto, diría que la estetica estaba de 9.8, la verdad resultó mejor de lo que esperaba. La batería funciona perfectamente, me dura mínimo dos días, máximo 3 días enteros.

Está perfecto, al ser Renewed no viene en su caja original, sin embargo el que me llegó estaba en perfectas condiciones, ni un solo rayón o defecto visible. Viene con un cargador genérico. Por algunas recomendaciones que leí he preferido no sumergirlo en agua por si no quedó perfectamente sellado luego de haber sido renovado. La pila me dura bastante

Llegó extremadamente rayado, tanto la pantalla como los bordes. Increíblemente sucio con mugre en todos lados. El cargador y cable no son los originales, son de pésima calidad y no cumple con las especificaciones adecuadas. Al intentar ponérmelo se soltó la correa. En general muy mala compra, para nada es un producto en buen estado, mucho menos en excelentes condiciones. No queda de otra que hacer el proceso de devolución.
