    Great Sterilizer and Dryer
I bought this back in 2022 when I had my first baby and pulled it out recently for baby 2 and it’s still working great! I bought this when I started exclusively pumping because many of my pump parts couldn’t be steam sterilized and I was tired of boiling them and then having to wait for them to dry. This dries and sterilizes in one machine. It’s not perfect. Because there’s no ventilation, parts don’t get completely dry unless put in a specific way which may not be the best for UV exposure. It takes a good amount of counter space, but it fits less than my steam sterilizer and holds less because you have to make sure light can hit everything, so not the greatest design. But as mentioned, I use this for hard plastic parts that can’t stand up to steam sterilization. If you open the lid, it will shut off so I have seen that safety feature work when I accidentally bumped the button. And it is convenient to get my parts mostly dry quickly. The operation is intuitive and replacement filters are cheap. Plus it’s lasted 2 years, so I’m not unhappy at all (even if it went out today)!

    The bulbs are key!
I did a lot of research before buying a UV sanitizer, and ultimately purchased this product for a few key reasons.#1 and most important, it uses two Phillips brand UV light bulbs (or lamps for all my lighting nerds out there), which are tested in peer reviewed studies and have been proven to kill viruses and bacteria. Intensity, wavelength, and length of exposure to UV are all important factors in it working. While there are currently no peer reviewed studies of UVC light killing COVID-19 (sars-covid-2), these Phillips bulbs have been shown to be effective in killing SARS-1 and MRSA. Since it is difficult to know the exact LED bulb used in most machines, it is impossible to review research on those bulbs proving their effectiveness. So, I opted for a machine with Phillips bulbs.#2. Size. It nice and roomy and reflective on the interior so I can sanitize my phone, mask and keys all at once and know that all the surfaces will be hit. I recommend putting your phone at the bottom of the unit as the UV lights get very warm and it just seems safer.#3. Drying! I can hand wash my mask and have them dried and sanitized all at once! Some things to keep in mind:- It only kills what the light touches. So putting your wallet in will not clean the money on the inside…you may have to rotate or prop open some items.- length of exposure is an important factor in the UV sanitation process. If you have a machine that says it’s sanitizing in a minute…it’s not working. Hard surfaces take less time than soft surfaces. People complaining about it taking too long have not done their research.-DO NOT use the auto, dry or storage setting in electronics!!!I really enjoy the simplicity of this product. I have now sanitized all sorts of items from mask to water bottles to remote controls. My best COVID purchase so far….except for maybe Animal Crossing. That really helped me survive the first few months in lockdown.

    Must get for CPAP users!
If you have cpap, just get this!!Hands down the best CPAP disinfecting machine in the market. I’ve tired ozone machines, and the more expensive LED UV light machines- None of them come close to the disinfecting power of this device at a fraction of the cost. The LED UV light device is just not powerful enough to disinfect. With this device, I’m able to disinfect my tubes and mask very easily in a 50 minute cycle. No more runny nose or dirty mask due to improperly cleaned mask and tubes. This is a must get if you have a CPAP machine. Just get it and try!

Works great-wish. Y ipad fit in it too!
This is easy and fast/efficient. Unfortunately my iPad does not fit even diagonally-a bit too high and the lid won’t close. Otherwise it’s just perfect. Lightweight too.

    Cpap
If you’re new to the world of cpap gear ..this sanitizer will make your life easier. Well worth the price.

    Hot!!!
This machine works great for CPAP supplies. Just don’t put your water chamber in it. It will melt away the seal and the water chamber will leak.I have problems with my hoses drying (I would hang up over door after washing). Sometimes after weeks, the hose would still be wet. Not anymore, this machine actually dried my 13 inch hose for the CPAP machine in 16 minutes and did not damage the hose.I put the headgear and the mouthpiece in. No problems. (FYI, I was wondered about stretching since it gets so hot. The CPAP supplies did not stretch.Again, get this machine if you have CPAP supplies.Mothers:This machine is a blessing for you and time saving. We had to boil the bottles and pacifier after washing and get burned from the hot water. (Telling my age.) This machine eliminates all of that. Pop the bottles and pacifier in after washing, less than 15 minutes, you are good to go.

    Excellent Sanitizer
Not small, but not too big either. Great product that I purchased based on many other reviews. Main reason for use is to sanitize my CPAP/APAP items. It does a wonderful job, even dries them and sanitizes them in one full cycle setting after washing my items. Can be used for other items and it’s excellent. Great purchase and lesser expensive than the ones my doctor recommended.
