Smart and works with Google Home
It was very easy to install and works great. I got it hooked up to their app and connected it to Google Home in seconds. The app has more control than Google Home like dynamic lighting and built in themes. I can control it when away from home and was able to set up a Home automation that turns it off/on when I leave or come home. It’s also efficient at 9w with a built in power meter/ usage timer in the app. Connectivity has not been an issue like other bulbs say in their reviews. Love the red light at night and variable colors/brightness throughout the day.I recommended it to my roommate who bought 4 for the living room and we may get more throughout the house.

I’m really amazed at everything that can be achieved with these light bulbs! They can be controlled with an app and even with Alexa. I’ve had no problem using either. Changing the colors and even setting up schedules for the lights is very easy. I’m very happy with the purchase and the price. I definitely will be adding more around the house. I’m interested in what else the company has as well.

Even this 70-year-old had fun with these Smart Bulbs—Easy to Use, Great with Alexa, and a Solid Value!First off, I have to say that using my AI Dot made installing these bulbs a breeze! The setup was quick and effortless; controlling the lights with Alexa is just as easy. I bought a box of six, giving me full lighting control throughout my house.As long as the bulbs can “see” the WiFi, everything works perfectly. The colors are vibrant, the lighting is bright and clear, and they even have a few fun party tricks—though I’ll admit, I didn’t test them all. At 70, I’m not much of a party guy, but I still had fun playing around! But I look forward to trying more of those features around Christmastime to help set the mood.I did have one minor issue with a wall light socket—the bulb wouldn’t work in that particular fixture, even though regular bulbs do. It’s a standard 3-way light switch, and my other lamps (which also use 3-way switches) work fine. I suspect the center tab in the socket is the issue, but it’s not adjustable. That said, I don’t think it’s fair to take off a star, as it’s probably a problem with the fixture, not the bulb. One small note: the bulb’s center contact is very flat—maybe too economical. A slightly more pronounced bump could help compatibility in some sockets that need more reach.The brightness, color clarity, and ease of use make this an excellent investment—especially for the price of an 8-pack. The bulbs also consume very little power so that I could plug them into existing surge protectors with no problem. That should help give them a long and healthy life.Bonus: If you don’t want to use Alexa or Google, there’s a stand-alone app you can use on your phone to control the lights. Very handy!I’ve wanted to upgrade the lighting in my home for a while, and the price was right—so now was the time. Recommend!

Awesome product. Connection was simple and the features are great. As soon as you flip the light switch the light turns on instantly as it should and connects right away. No lagg! The lights are dimable and you can choose any color on the spectrum. What I love most is that you can set a schedule for the lights to turn on and off.

The color-changing light bulbs are worth the price and hype! They’re very easy to set up with millions of colors to choose from within the app. The lightbulbs are also very fun to use, especially for kids. My kids love being able to pair the lightbulb with Alexa to power the lights off before bed by simply using their voice. The quality of the lightbulb is great. Overall, a really good color changing lightbulb for the whole family!

Easy set up and works well!
These are awesome light bulbs! So so easy to connect to the AIDOT app and set up automations or timers. The amount of preset lighting effects are nice too. I love “Nightlight” for when I just need a bit of light at nighttime to go to the restroom. The seamless connection to Siri and Alexa was also much appreciated! Sometimes when using Alexa or Siri, however, I’ll have to tell it to turn lights off before it’ll successfully go to the presets I ask for.
