I’ve tried other magnesium supplements, but prefer this one, even over the one from my doctor.

Best Magnesium!
Review by Beverly Brinkley Because of health issues I need to add extra magnesium to my diet. This is the only one that I’ve tried that has stopped all muscle spasms throughout my body. In my case, Magnesium Malate works the best & this product is worth every dollar that it costs. I take two pills twice a day following the directions on the bottle. It’s the only magnesium supplement that I’ll be using in the future!

I conducted a lot of research to find the right magnesium product for myself. I read about bioavailability of forms of magnesium and how to choose. I discovered this product after participating in a webinar. The company stood out to me because it seemed that they understood how to choose the appropriate ingredients and cofactors. My self-education has taught me that without the appropriate cofactors in proper doses, vitamins and minerals are not as effective. Jigsaw Health just gets it. They know how to present data in ways that make sense. They understand and can explain why they choose the ingredients they do. These folks are very transparent. I’m really impressed.I’ve been taking this for the past two months. I chose to wait to review the product because it seems that many products start off seeming to make a difference, and then something doesn’t quite work out after a while, and they stop working as well.After just a few days of taking this magnesium, I noticed a sensation like my mind was quieter. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, and once I started taking this, everything just kind of quieted and slowed down. I even noticed that my sense of time changed. It seemed that I had more time throughout my days. Again, I think it’s just the sensation that things slowed down overall.Sorry for TMI here, but it is what it is. I suffer from serious headaches, water retention, and heavy bleeding just before periods to the point where I was stuck in bed. Last month I literally had to remind myself that my period was in progress. I could actually just go on with my day-to-day activities for the first time in 20 years. This is a very nice change.I did some reading on the company Web site about how the B vitamins included will encourage the body to release heavy metals. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with what’s going on with me, but here’s what I’m noticing. Little Splinters from various clumsy things in my life that I’ve never been able to get out of my hands are surfacing after years of being stuck under the skin.I just have an overall sense of wellbeing now, and it’s really nice. I’m just a lot calmer and at piece. I think I have a lot of hormonal imbalances, and I’m really happy with how I’m feeling after a couple of months of taking this magnesium.I paid full price for this product. No discount or free stuff for me. I just really like it, and I thought I’d share my experience. I first ordered a bottle of 120 tablets, then I ordered a 240. Today I ordered 3 bottles of 240 tablets because the bulk pricing is best. I just wanted to hold off until I saw how this would work for me over time before I spent a bunch of money. I’m comfortable doing so now though. This works for me, and I’m glad my research paid off. I feel a lot better.

My mother and I have been taking these for well over a year.I find that if I skip a few days of these my body tends to hurt a little more.It’s very difficult to know what’s actually working and what’s not, but because magnesium is such a necessary mineral for us to be healthy this is something I will carry on taking.This particular one I take during the day, in fact with my breakfast. The are other magnesium types which aid sleep, but this is not it.The daily recommended dosage is 4x times, however I only take one in the morning as I take another magnesium (by the same brand) which helps with sleep.Taking 4x tablets per day would make this a n expensive vitamin/mineral for me to take.Since I followed a healthy diet and take other supplements I only take 1x tablet per day.

Very helpful, an excellent product. I have benefited enormously from the magnesium with slow release. I used to suffer from migraines, even in my sixties, and nothing helped until I read that some research had been done showing that magnesium supplements could help migraine sufferers. I started taking the product and the migraines I’d had for 40 years stopped immediately: I can now drink wine and eat chocolate!

This brand is by far the best. I’ve struggled with joint and nerve pain for years, and have tried hundreds of supplements. This Magnesium has really made a huge difference to my pain levels. Other forms of magnesium were helping with sleep, but not with the pain. I really think we need to get the word out that fibromyalgia and joint pain sufferers absolutely need to try this product! Thank you JIGSAW for making life livable again!

This product has definitely made a difference. I have more energy and muscle cramps have almost disappeared. I will be buying more of this in near future. Take this in conjunction with the Stop/Start protocol at gotmag.orgBe careful on dosage. I found that four tablets too much. Now take two a day which seems right for me. This could be due to other high magnesium foods which I regularly eat such as almonds and dark chocolate :).
