Decent laptop
I bought this laptop in January to replace my other slow, old HP laptop. I was kind of hesitant to buy a laptop on Amazon from a seller I wasn’t familiar with. This laptop is lighter and lightning fast. The battery life is decent. I have noticed the keyboard feels “empty” like there’s nothing underneath the keys when I type. It only has 2 USB ports while my old one has 3 and…..there’s no CD player. I didn’t notice until I was trying to insert a CD with my MRI images lol. I’m happy with my laptop

Good for the price
What I expected. I love the touch screen. However sometimes the mouse gets lost on the screen and floats around without touching the pad. Minor issue and doesn’t cause much of a problem just something I noticed. Very light weight.

Perfect Laptop to run my small businesses
I needed a new laptop that has enough storage for me to run my two small businesses from. I love it! Perfect size and its too heavy. The fan is a little bit loud but I knew that from previous reviews. The touchscreen works great and the Microsoft office was easy to set up. I have no complaints on this laptop and very happy with my purchase.

Can’t believe how quality this is for the price. I got a used one the first time, but the battery was shot, so I just got a new one, and it’s fast, and has a ton of memory. I get around 6 hours with battery saver on (at full brightness and using wifi). I know that’s under it’s specs, but that’s good enough for me.

Possibly worst laptop I’ve used since the Acer of the early 2000s
I bought this because the tax software I use for work can only be used on a PC and I have been using a Mac for last eight years. I’ve used a host for my software but it was getting too expensive and instable so I bought this as a workaround. First- construction- this thing is so flimsy and the key board and track pad feel like you have to bang on them to get them to do any thing. Then- software- Once I booted it up, I figured out you have to turn off S mode if you want to actually download any software not Microsoft which is insane. The the pop ups began- weird errors about the Optum disk errors, annoying bloatware pop ups, and of course obligatory push to buy all the MS suite. It overheated within 30 mins of use and the fan sounds like an ancient PC. RAM was so slow my software was moving at a snails pace. I know this isn’t top of line but holy crap I want to throw it across the room. Thinking I will have to wipe it and return it and keep my software host? How does anyone have the patience to use this thing?

It is what it claims to be
Well before I got this I tried two other computers. They were off name brands; but one did not have the memory and RAM that it said it would have, and the other just did not boot up right at all: would not work. I had to return both of them and I got this one and it works like a charm and it is what it claims to be. So yes I had to pay about $300 more dollars for a name brand but it’s worth it.
