Great laptop for the price!!
I bought this laptop in 2023 and I am back on here today buying another one. I am a school teacher and I use the original to run my J Touch. I’m buying a second to manage email, grades, assignments, and keep in touch with my kids. For the price this is a fast, reliable laptop with a number pad (a must for entering grades), a card reader (I am also the yearbook advisor), and a great display resolution. I highly recommend!!

About the hardware: excellent to the touch, firmness in the hinges, screen of excellent resolution and little frame, comfortable keyboard and separated in the characters, perfect trackpad, battery of 3 to 4 hours. About the with windows home mode S, but through microsoft I was able to change it, it is very fast. About the shipping packaging: I arrive in excellent condition, very good shock protection and brings the connector and a mouse pad. the destination was miami-venezuela. The attention of the seller was excellent and attentive.

Just what I neede and much more.
I had an old Dell Laptop that I used at work to study, watch videos, surf the net etc. But since it was old it sometimes froze or didn’t get a consistent wifi signal even when I installed a wifi antenna to try to get more signal.I just wanted to buy something not too expensive with decent hd space and memory.This laptop is perfect. The antenna works perfectly getting much better internet access and has never froze.I’m using Windows in S Mode since I don’t need to install things so far but I know I eventually will need to install other pieces of software but for now it’s much more of what I expected or needed.It’s fast, screen has a nice size and everything works like a charm.I was never a big fan of HP desktops or even laptops but I’m more than happy with this one.

Motherboard died
Was really happy with it when I got it! Was working fine. Then the screen went black & we tried everything we could, had it looked at & nothing we could do. Of course it stopped working after the 30 day return limit & when I contacted HP they said the warranty expired 6 months ago & they couldn’t do anything.
