Quality and Function
I love this computer. It was easy to set up, it came with Microsoft Office installed (make sure to decline the option to buy 365 twice). It’s light but not cheap feeling. Great value for the money.

This laptop was very well packaged. It has a crystal clear touch screen and was very easy to set up. The keyboard includes a 10 key number pad and the keyboard is large. Definately a purchase I make again! Very good for home or work use!

Omg office was a nightmare
So, my last operating system was still windows 7 I’m old and windows 11 had me wanting to throw that thing out the back door. It took me a little messing around with it to figure out how to navigate my way around. After reading reviews about office install, I was careful to hit reject when 365 kept popping up. Somehow, I had it anyway. Contacting the seller following their instructions.. I ended up with ZERO office. It took three days of waiting for a response (one per day) to finally get my lifetime of office. Now, all the nonsense being said, once I figure out how to, where to… I love it. It’s so fast and has all the features and then some. The touchscreen works great, the brighness is adjustable, so its at a confomfortable setting for me. The battery life hasn’t come close to 5 hours yet😕 Overall, I’m impressed and happy with the purchase for the money.

Setup is bad, HP laptop is fine.
The HP is fine probably 4 stars. The lifetime Office program won’t load. When you get to the option to accept Office there is no accept or decline option just a “Got it” button. This is after selecting new pc set up. For me the lifetime office feature was the reason I selected this purchase over others. Hoping it is not a scam. Another annoying set up feature is even when you tell it not to download your last systems (new pc set up) features it does. Again the HP is fine, the setup is crap.

I am extremely happy with my new HP Laptop! Shipping was fast. Product was boxed safely. Instructions were perfect. Just remember to skip over the free limited 365 Microsoft plan to get to the Free Microsoft Office. Yes, it took a bit to update but that’s normal for any computer IMO. I bypassed all the offers and apps and locked down my privacy settings. This thing has tons of storage. Turns on super fast and runs like a rabbit in a race. LOL. So happy I upgraded from my Lenovo.
