100% Worth it/Insanely Bright + Many Customizations
I bought this when it was on sale for around $132 total so I can say with confidence it was worth that price point. Its so bright that I actually have it running around 15% brightness majority of the time. One thing I will say before installing this, is that the adhesive for this is INSANELY STRONG, it will rip off your wall paint, if you decide to reposition it or take it off for any reason. I highly recommend having a different set of double sided adhesive on hand before installing just in case. Other than that it has many combinations and patterns you can work with in the app and the product itself. Good luck with the install!

I bought the Govee Glide Hexa Light Panels about a year ago, and I still get a little excited every time I turn them on. I have them mounted on the wall above my bed, and they completely transformed that part of the room into something modern, colorful, and genuinely relaxing. genuinely Govee is such an amazing company, their hexa lights are top tier with amazing quality, they just look amazing – my only concern is that within a few 20 minutes the panels began to fall off due to the weak adhesive they came with – so I highly recommend for you to use your own wall adhesive to set them up

Didn’t think I would like these as much as I do but they’re really nice and bright. Bright enough where I can sit in the office comfortably at night without the need of turning on the room lights. These also help with out with eye strain too that I’ve noticed when using the computer for long periods of time.Getting them up and running was a breeze and it also works just as well with Alexa assistant. Plenty of preset color options to choose from or you can make your own through the Govee App.Only reason I docked a point is because the double sided adhesive strips provided with the panels are abysmal. They lasted for a day before they started falling off the wall one by one. Had to order some 3M mounting tape to get these to stick so fair warning there.Overall I’m pleased with these and many other Govee products. Way more affordable solution compared to the other alternatives. I’d definitely recommend these.

I enjoy having these behind my computer providing a nice ambiance. The app is very easy to use and provides easy customization with adjustable brightness and fun colors and patterns. Do not notice any excess heat and seem to stay cool after being left on for hours.

AMAZING Light Panels and Govee supports it’s customers!
I’ve had my Govee Glide Hexa Light Panels (10 of them) since May of 2022. After using the fantastic app to create my design I liked, I followed the directions specifically after watching a few YouTube videos and the process, even on an uneven apartment wall, went amazingly well.Some complain the adhesives are strong enough to hold the panels, but its likely some were likely impatient. I made sure my walls had no dust on the area I was placing the Govee Panels, and I HELD the adhesives against the wall for a FULL 30 SECONDS to insure adhesion. Thirty seconds holding pressure is actually longer than one thinks. The panels stuck well and were EASY to put together if one follows the directions.Then, connecting the Hexa Panels to Alexa, I then used the excellent app to configure the lighting pattern I liked best. Total time was about 1.5hrs from start to finish.So, then I receive my 51″ Mahi (Dorado) Mount in late December and I want to put it on the wall I have my Hexa Panels on. UGH! I CAREFULLY removed the adhesive pads and they did NOT tear the wall stucco luckily because the adhesive strips stuck well. But now, I’m out of adhesive strips and Govee DOESN’T sell them independently. I put up my Fish Mount, and tried to use the large 3M Picture Strips to put up my Hexa Panels, but the 3M product SUCKS comparatively. So, I contacted Govee directly regarding my dilemma , and within a week, received 10 new adhesive strips! They were the exact ticket I needed! An hour later with a new design, and I couldn’t be happier! For the price compared to many others, these have been an absolute great purchase for my apartment. I now have another!!

Take your time, do the design on the floor before you tape to the wall. Measure 3 xs to make sure you get it right. The apps is awesone. Easy to understand. Like anything if you have experiance with electronics you will be fine. If your a NOOB just take your time and you will succeed.I purchased a grey cover from amazon to hide the white cord.Its VERY bright when you turn it up. I will light up the room for sure.Works with google home no probs.You have UNLIMITED designs, just leave it to you imagination.

PRO’s: Absolutely awesome, so many different configurations and boy do they ever get bright,, so much so that I have to keep them turned down to 20% at the highest, mind you my whole room is full of different Govee lighting on every wall.Super easy to use from the app with so many different colour patterns to choose from who of course you can DIY and works with T1 and T2 display systems, are RGBIC so you can get pure white out of them up to 6500 K or down to around 3000 I believe.Super easy doing install and comes with many suggestions on patterns or of course you can choose your own, so many options with the assignable LEDs inside each hex, let alone the combination of them working in harmony. Great value as they often go on sale for 40% off or so and are much better value than Phillips lighting without trading off any quality, in fact in my opinion it’s superior in most cases.CON’s: (TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE)
