I’ve never really been able to get a good ergonomic fit at a desk as my legs are not long enough. Most chairs have me on my toes trying to reach the floor. But this has finally helped me sit in a better position, reducing back pain. The firm but soft padding is just right! Even gives me a little foot rub feeling as I move my feet across it while working. Easy to move and overall great quality

Pretty disappointing
The product is soft like a memory-foam pillow. In fact, it comes tightly compressed in a roll. When uncompressed, I find it doesn’t have enough solidity to bear any weight. I was hoping, for example, to be able to rest a foot on it while standing at my sit/stand workstation, but it’s not very practical for that, because my foot sinks in and doesn’t really end up raised up very much. I can’t put any real pressure on it to flex my foot, etc. In bare feet or socks, for somebody small, used only for sitting, this might be the right idea. But the photos seem to make it look taller and more substantial than it is.

I was a little worried when the delivery person handed it to me, as the plastic envelope was pretty dang tiny. I opened it up, and there was this double vacuum sealed cylindrical plastic. Grabbed my trusty knife, cracked that thing open and then all of a sudden, this thing puffed up to be 5x or 6x! The foot rest feels like ultra-firm memory foam, so it does in fact have plenty of support. 10/10 would recommend.
