Safe, strong, and easy to install and use.
This is a great lock and normally a very good price on Amazon. Installs easily and setup is quick and intuitive. The fingerprint programming is just like on your iPhone; the reader quickly recognizes your fingerprint at various angles. The integration with the Alexa skill took a little to figure out, but that works fine. The app makes it easy to add users, assign temporary codes, and unlock on demand. Wish there were a one-click button in the app or a keypad code to keep the door unlocked, but instead, you have to disable autolock in the app, which is less intuitive. You can adjust the volume or turn off the entry bell, but I would love to be able to change the tone as well. Also, it would be nice to have any brand of RFID card work and not have to purchase their special one. The unit feels very rugged and secure. Overall a good buy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this item
I installed this on my garage door and I am so happy with it. It works with my fingerprint, but It can also be opened from my phone which tells me my battery on the handle. You can also charge the lock itself or replace batteries. You can also use a number code or key if needed. very sturdy and love the design. It took a little longer to install than expected, but still not very hard to install.

Wifi Enabled Door Lock
I purchased this lock for the side door to my garage. I wanted a lock that would connect directly to my wifi. This lock does exactly that. It is easy to install and easy to connect to your wifi. I was able to install the lock, set the fingerprint and passkey security features and connect to Alexa within minutes. The lock works fine. I have the options of unlocking the door using a key or using the Eufy or Alexa applications. Plus I enabled the voice command to unlock the door as well. This is a really great lock. Good quality and worth the investment for your home.

High Quality smart lock!
Finally received the Eufy Smart lock(2025 version). Product itself looks and functions really nice! Got no problem with the Eufy app and the smart lock itself is smooth. Fingerprint sensor works fast for me, and you can add more fingerprint per 1 person(Access). Installation is easy, manual is clear on the instructions. I only had small problem with the door itself due to adjustment but it aint really that hard on DIY. I’ll be keeping the plastic cover on the front panel for a bit, since i dont intend to use the codes anyways. We really like the product, finally we dont have to bring those pesky keys with us. And to those asking what’s the difference between the old model and this 2025 version, the truth is i have no idea since its my 1st smart lock purchase. I’d be updating on the battery life once i get there. One of the best thing i like about is the Fingerprint sensor, its fast and efficient! Quality of the material used is really nice!

Check your door size and opening
New upgraded c33 installs nicely (modifications to my door jam were necessary, depth and width) works as claimed. Good item.

Easy to use, might be the best smart lock on the market
It just works! One of the big problems I had with the Ultraloq Ubolt I got for my old house is that it physically moves a deadbolt, which is loud and prone to jamming. This on the other hand is very clever: it has an internal disconnect when it’s locked, meaning try as you might, you can’t force the lever open. It also means that if the door is shut, the lock works! Solves 2 problems in one go: much quieter and much more reliable.I like using the fingerprint recognition and it’s ok–I would say about 70% of the time but you can just retry it quickly. Maybe I’ll redo the fingerprint profile. Everyone else likes to use their special codes and I can see who’s coming in based on that access system. Also, it was amazingly simple to install even for me, who has a moderate brain injury. They included simple instructions and short videos for whichever way you want to learn, but I could figure it out simply by looking at the included pictures and sticking it together: it’s that easy.I’ve only had it in for a week, but my friends and family think it’s really cool.

My Second Biometric Door Lock
While I have only own this for a month it is far better than my previous biometric door lock at the same price. This one recognizes my fingerprint much easier than my past lock. If my hands are dirty or wet which most will have issues with deciphering your fingerprint, then I just use the code method to open the door. It does take more batteries than most at eight instead of four, but it is supposed to operate for up to 12 months. I’ll update my review after a year of daily use. I prefer the fingerprint sensor in the door handle which is much easier to use than in a separate location. I already had a eufy doorbell, so the app was already on my phone. I have a detached workshop that I wanted to keep secure without needing a key every time I entered. Plus this one is better with moisture or rain than my previous lock requiring a many attempts to unlock.

Keyless smartlock
Easy to install and setup. Working well so far but the keypad went out after a lighten storm. Key and fingerprint still works. All I have to do was set it up again.
