Complete waste of money and a such a headache
I bought this for my daughter and the first one was delivered in a error state but since it had a card with instructions on how to hard restart to the factory rest I went through the instructions and it turned on but then it shut itself down and had the same dead android on the screen. They issued a new tablet and this one came ready to set up. I got through set up and downloaded the apps for my daughter to watch her favorite shows on and she opened Disney first and we got a error message saying we can’t play it and need a firmware update. I went through system update and it said it was up to date so I tried a different video and it had the same code, so we went to the peacock app, then Netflix…. All getting the same code so we looked it up and it says “Unsupported device: You might be trying to access on a device that isn’t officially supported.”So now we’ve gone back to her old cracked tablet and will NEVER order this one again.
I didn’t get this perfume I got something else instead –

I love this tablet. It connects perfectly to the internet with no issues. It is durable and charges well. I am able to download apps on it with no issues and the screen is protected.

You Get What You Pay For
It arrived and wouldn’t turn on no matter what I did, I see that a lot as a customer review here, what you have to do is to charge it for about half an hour then it starts up fine.I needed a 50 dollar tablet, I got a 50 dollar tablet. It’s slow but that’s okay; all I needed was something I could download Kindle to. After uninstalling all the applications I didn’t need it works alright. This thing can go days without a charge if you’re using it regularly or weeks if you’re using it once in a while. I use it to do my college homework reading during my lunch break at work and listen to music on the train and I’ve needed to charge it once in that week.Be careful with the screen though. I had the tablet face down on my table and a literal crumb of food scratched the surface. The scratch isn’t a deal breaker for me since everything still works but it might be for others.

I had one of these tablets for 3 years and really liked it so when it wore out I bought this one thinking it was the same. I already had the detachable key board and the nice cover and cords so it seemed like the sensible purchase.However this is not at all like my original and has many annoying changes that are making it unpleasant to use. I will have to buy a different one as daily use on this is too nerve wracking.#1) tablet does not turn horizontal when the cover is set up for horizontal use. If I enter through Google the tablet stays vertical so I can’t use the cover.#2) When I enter through Chrome is is horizontal but after you go to 1 site you no longer get to the search page. A page with tabs comes on but clicking on the tabs doesn’t open to the search page no matter what. That means I have to go back to Google search page which is only verticle.#3 My previous tablet took great photos and I used that constantly, this tablet the photos are blurry and too light. Not sharp clear printable pictures. After trying several times I had to go retake pictures with my phone.#3) This tablet is very slow, my original Cooper table was super quick even with a hot spot. Where I live now I have the best super fast fiberoptic internet and there is always a delay of 7-10 seconds changing sites.#4) this tablet has the worst keyboard and space bar has to be hit harder than the other keys, I keep having to go back to add spaces because the words are all running together.#5) jumping- in the middle of doing things it suddenly jumps back to the opening page leaving my project out in cyber space, and I have to go back to my Chrome book to start all over because I can’t retrieve my work in tabs like I should be able to.All in all not worth it. Get a different brand even kids will be frustrated with this inferior tablet.

Tablet was not charging when it was not in use. Returning it. I gave it 2 stars because it was only after I had ordered and received an upgrade did I understand what a pain this one had been. I am not an android nor tablet user so I blamed my lack of skills but I had no problem negotiating the new one.

Received as shipped. Bought for wife’s gaming site. Works very well and is very quick with response time while gaming. Put it on the charger and after 20 minutes, had to unplug it as the 110v charger head became so hot I had to put a glove on to unplug it. I will be in touch with the supplier to rectify the issue. Other than that issue,we are pleased with the product.

I had to return one because it refused to work. Now a second one has stopped charging for no reason. And all charge cords broke within a month. (I purchased three of these)

I purchased this tablet for my sibling back in March of 2023, and not even a year later they are experiencing troubleshooting issues. The tablet remains frozen and the reboot stage and continues to loop. I’m not sure if its an issue with the system due to an update or a defect with the product. If anyone is having this issue let me know. Other than this issue, the tablet was perfect for their every day activities ie. Pictures, games, videos etc.
