Highly recommend!
My father lives 100 yards from me. These work extremely well in that distance. There is a shed that sits between us and some trees. There was no problem receiving a signal. We even receive a signal from the far outside of his house through our concrete walls. It is easy to set up but, I am keeping the manual so if it gets unplugged, I can remember how to do it. There are many sounds to choose from for the alert. There is also a choice of volume. I have three set in different areas of my home. These are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them.

Perfect for Your Caregiver
This is the perfect system to notify someone if you need help. Our house is very long, so we needed 3 receivers to cover it & the garage. They are plenty loud. I kept one pendant on me & the other in a ziplock bag in the shower. My husband was able to continue doing the things he needed to without worrying whether I needed him. Works great!

These were VERY helpful in caring for my mom! She did not like to have a call button hang around her neck however, so we actually ordered several sets (they can be programed to work together) then we could have call buttons around the house – bath room – bedroom – her chair – her walker so one was always within reach for her. “Speakers” were also placed around the house, and we could also plug in outside so we could work in the garage or garden & could be moved around as needed. Using this system allowed us to do daily tasks around the house and still be within reach if she needed anything! Fantastic tool, highly recommended!! 5 Stars is not high enough!!!

Oh my goodness these things are awesome very easy to use and it is such a relief not to have to worry it is very helpful highly highly recommend them to anyone who has disabled person or with dementia well with anything really I highly do recommend them.

Great Product
I have had this product going on 4 years and it has been worth every penny. My wife is handicapped and this item has help me stay in touch if she needs me while I am busy in my workshop. It is well built, the alarm is adjustable in volume, and the range is more than decent (my shop is about 200 ft from the house). The product is good enough that I later bought their two way hand held radio to extend the range so that I can be reached when she needs help.

Great in home emergency alert / pager
My 86 year old mother in law lives with us and her living / sleeping quarters are in the basement. She recently fell and broke her shoulder. While she still could do the stairs she was afraid to sleep downstairs because we might not hear her if you had another fall or needed something. I bought the Call To U set of three alerts (noise makers) and two buttons to that activate the alerts. You can program the alerts to various sounds and volumes. The call buttons are small enough to wear around you neck or keep handy. One tough of the button rings all three alert boxes. Works great – if only my mother in law would use it 🙂

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product…..just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall…..anyway does it job well…premium quality……..

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores
