Update to my first rating of Just OK
An update to my first review of 2 stars -After posting my review, the seller contacted me to learn more about the problem and possible remedies for the problem. No luck on the potential fixes, so they offered to send me a new set with a new/improved chip for better audio and bluetooth connectivity. Got the new set in 2 days and I have been using them for a few days now. Audio is good to very good. Bluetooth connectivity is rock solid. So I am updating my rating to 5 stars for overall quality, plus customer service!******************************************Original RatingHere’s what I like – 1. they stay in my ears and are comfortable. 2. the charge lasts a long time. 3. Easily paired with my phone.Here’s what I don’t like – 1. Music-wise – The sound is just OK. Bass is a bit weak but overall is ok. 2. When using them for phone calls – the audio is a little muffled. When making a call today, the connection got a little flaky. The audio kept dropping out like I was out of range of the earphones, but I was just sitting there at my desk with my phone right in front of me. Switching the call to the phone’s speaker/mic greatly improved the sound quality.So, I will use them for running/biking but not when I need high quality audio.

Sound is good enough that I don’t hear my wife growling when she is sleeping
I use these every night so that I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts when I’m sleeping. For the price they are really good, they have decent sound and they have a good charge. These typically last me for 12-15 months of use. Again they get used every night and when I do yard work. They are fairly comfortable and easy to connect. They stay on my ears all night as I toss and turn as I try to escape my wife from putting her knee in my back. The sound quality is good enough that I can’t hear my wife snoring and growling all night. She scares me.

Great sound for the price with some quality issues
I ordered these to replace an older pair I bought a year or so ago (lost them). The new pair initially had poor quality sound, especially as compared to the older ones: quiet, tinny, and no bass. The seller said it was a quality control issue and sent a replacement. Happy to report they were correct, the replacement sounds great – as good or slightly better than the old pair and now with usb C. Only downside is I can see the charging light through the top of the earbud, so it may not be watertight (not IP67). Overall great sounding buds with decent battery life for a decent price and they seem to last a while. I’d buy them again for sure.

Convenient, easy to use with good sound quality
Star ratings are always subjective as it is a matter of what you are expecting.I love these. I have had 5 sets over the last 5 years under different brand names but they are all very similar. I tend to walk around with them hanging around my neck all day. That is kind of rough on the wire connections so I typically get about 2 years out of a set, but they are cheap so I don’t mind replacing them on that cycle.I listen mostly to audio books so I don’t need the type of sound quality that someone listening to music might require. I feel these are fine for the music I listen to but I am not a fanatic about sound quality. These sound good to me.I also like the button control. I have several earbud sets that work with tap commands and I find them difficult to manage and they tend to fall out of my ear. These never fall out.So, if you are looking for a low cost, easy to use head set that gives good sound quality, these should serve you well. if you want the top of the heap sound, spend more money and get something else.

Extremely comfortable and great sound
These are the 4th pair that I have purchased. I give them as gifts. They are as good as Apple air pods. We initially bought these because my spouse lost his 150.00 apple air pods. I have told my friends to buy these and they are all very happy with this purchase. I love that they are connected with a wire which is more healthy and harder for them to fall out of your ears. They also have the clip around your ear which is very comfortable fit. They are lightweight. I give this product a 10. The sound is very sharp and clear. They look exactly like the picture.

great product, great customer sevice when needed
I go to the gym three times a week and never leave home without U18 headphones. A few weeks ago , the control.ling side would not function. I communiated with the company , particularly Bobby. They advised that they had a one year warrranty and would gladly replace . Within a few days I received the new pair, within a week I had them charged, paied and in use . The sound is phenominal.Bobby, Thank you very much for your help.

I bought these as a lower cost replacement for my very similar Treblab earbuds, which I really like and have had for years, but the battery is about gone and now only lasts for a few hours at best. What caught my eye on these was the price and battery time (16hrs!). After using them, my excitement has dropped considerably. The sound is fine – I didn’t really notice much difference.My only real gripes are: (1) They are not as comfortable as the Treblabs. The ear hooks are of a much harder plastic vs. more rubbery on the Treblabs. This also makes them a bit harder to put on and they didn’t play nicely with my glasses. (2) I found myself adjusting them several times during my hour long workout. I’m not really moving around a whole lot and surprised they required any adjustment at all. (3) Any noise cancelling/blocking is pretty minimal. I could hear the sounds around the room instead of just being lost in my music.Overall, they are not terrible, but I will not purchase them again.

The built quality is very poor and substandard. I requested for a refund which was approved, however the seller expects the item to be delivered back to their warehouse which is 30 kms away and the cost to courier it is as much as the product cost. Amazon did not pick it back as they usually do.
