This USB C Multiport Adapter was to replace my last one that I lost sometime during my last move. This one works better for me because it has more ports. It’s great for using an external screen with HDMI and also have several USB ports for drives and those little wireless mouse plugs. I also got this one for the SD and MicroSD ports which have been working well so far.It’s good for traveling and it’s pretty sturdy from my experience so far. The only two things that bother me are that the sturdy cable also makes it a little less flexible to set up on a desk if the external monitor sit right in front of you, and the other thing is that little blue light right where you plug in the USB C carging cable. It’s just so bright! I light’s up the room at night so I have to unplug this USB C Multiport Adapter from both the charging cable and from the laptop -keeping it plugged into the laptop seems to still draw power from the laptop and keep the blue light on.

This one had good reviews so I tried it and it worked perfectly without any hassle. Now I can watch movies from the laptop while we’re out in the motorhome! I’ve only used the HDMI connection but if that works, I’m sure the other ports will work fine as well.
