My daughter picked this lamp out and added it to her Christmas list. Lo and behold it was under the tree on Christmas morning and she was delighted. She’s 14 years old and has been updating her room to be more mature. Her nightstand is not very big so she needed a lamp with a slim profile. This lamp fits well on her nightstand and works well. She loves the look of it and how much it lights up her area. The touch feature is super convenient so she doesn’t have to fumble around in the dark looking for a switch. It’s also nice that there are varying levels of brightness to choose from. This was a great gift and a great purchase overall. I recommend this lamp.

For the low price, I think this is a good lamp for a dorm nightstand. My child has a similar style at hime now, but on her current one, she has to touch the pole and sometimes knocks it over. I’ve tested this one and you just need to touch the base. Much more stable. The lightbulb that comes with it is all plastic which I’m not used to, but all 3 settings gave ample light. We both really like that she can charge her phone and Airpods right off the lamp. No having to find a charging cube.

These are great lamps !! Very surprised.The base is about 4″ across. About 5″ of exposed polished lamp post and 9 – 10″ of lamp shade. The shade is 4″ diameter like the base.It takes up very little room. The touch control works great. With 3 settings of: low, high and Ouch my eyeballs !!. Man these little lamps can go bright.One on each side of the bed is enough for the whole room on the highest setting.The external plug is only a 2 prong. Great for phone chargers etc.The look is fantastic. they would suit just about any space. Base color is about the same as dried pine.
