The best earbud headphone I have ever used.
I have never purchased BEATS products before. I figured I could get something just as good, for far less in price than just paying for a name. How wrong I was. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. First let me say these were so reasonable in price I thought they made a mistake and left the number 1 off in front of the 34. I honestly and absolutely can say without hesitation that these are AMAZING. Besides the price being phenomenal, the way they fit my ear and don’t bother me after a while is Great! I have fallen asleep with these on and have not been woken up by pain after having them in literally all day and night. I am not sure what the actual BEATS description said about the amount of time you have before having to charge them but in the past week I have had them, I have only charged them twice for an hour each time and got 30+ hours of use out of them. They also come with small, medium and large covers for the ear part, also in the same blue to match. For me since I have small ears I use the smallest ones and they fit snuggly and comfortably. The sound is far above any other ear buds, ear phone or any other device like this that I have ever tried. They give a clear cleans crisp sound, while shutting out the noises going on around you. I can finally sit in my recliner, either reading or listening to music and not hear what my husband has blasting on the TV because he is hard of hearing and quite honestly I miss all his commentaries he loves sharing with the TV. These are by far on my top 10 lists of OH MY GOODNESS WHY DIDN’T I TRY THIS SOONER. They are really great and come in nice choices of colors.

Gave my first pair to my mom two years ago. Still works. Decided to buy one again for myself. Great sound for music. Bass is good but not overpowering. Build quality is ok as well. If you want a neckband with less bass and balanced sound buy JBL Tune 125BT. While build quality is slightly worse sound is still good and battery life is longer. Both are great overall.

Great Product
Beats Flex are simply the best wireless earphones I have ever used…and I have a graveyard of other products to testify. These were easy to pair (with multiple devices, too), easy on/off/pause, easy volume control, great sound quality, great battery length, the shaped neck band helps keep the headphones in place while you listen and the magnetic buds keep them secure when you aren’t listening. Beats Flex have solved all of the problems I had with my other headphones…fingers crossed they last a good while.

Initial Impression review.
Update:Knocking a star off. Still a decent headset. Discovered a couple, to me, significant deficiencies, since my original review.1) Battery life is far lower than rated 12 hour. getting about 8, maybe. Mostly listening to podcasts.2) Lack of low battery warning. If there is one, I never heard it. The other earphones I have used all have clear warnings , usually stating ‘20% battery remaining’ and such. I have not had any warning, and ran out of battery 2 times so far.3) the buttons on the neckband are really not logical, or marked what they do.4) battery indicator is on the other side of the neckband than the charging port. Not a big deal, just odd.5) no ‘over top of ear’ wire routing like others I have used. Just a preference.6) I miss having an add-on charged battery to greatly increase the use of the product without having to find a charging port. Not easy when out of the home/car.On the positive side, I have found the phone function and quality is very good. No complaints from anyone I have talked to about the sound quality on my end. Most headsets I have used were bad to very bad. These are very good.From a dead battery, I charged about 20 minutes, got about 20% battery (according to the app). I guess that is pretty good. Using the headset as i type. Battery is now 15% after about 25 minutes of use (podcast listening)Still don’t like the neckband. Prefer over top of ear, tight around the head wire style with nothing on my neck.Still, the sound quality for music, when equalized using your music app, is very good. The sound quality (after setting up the EQ) is better, however, but the neck band is getting more annoying

I bought these headphones for my teen son for a second time. He lost his first pair after owning them for 2 years. I have used them myself, the sound quality is great!! Both ears work perfectly.What drew me to these headphones was first of all the name brand. Beats is known to be of great quality, and secondly the idea of the magnet that makes them easy for my son to wear around his neck and hopefully he could keep better track of them.For that reason alone I recommend them. They have been through the washer and the dryer and still charge perfectly, and hold a charge for a really long time.They are super comfortable, and very durable! The look cool too. I highly recommend these head phones.

Horrible experience with these earphones that I received in not working order. What’s even more disgusting is the effort I have to put in to get it shipped back. I am very unhappy with the return policy and the inconvenience I have to go through for a product that was sent faulty! Please correct it from your end and not hassle costumers
