I just received this beautiful set of cutting and serving boards! They came beautifully packaged, with instructions to keep them crack free and maintained. It even comes with a piece of sandpaper. I suggest purchasing some food grade mineral oil for keeping them looking great for years to come. I also love they are eco friendly and a healthy choice for food prep. I am thinking this set would make a lovely birthday, wedding shower or Christmas gift for someone special. I have had wood cutting boards before and by far these are the most attractive I have ever owned. I would recommend these if you are in need of a good cutting board. ๐

Wanted to give wooden cutting boards a try after years of using polymer boards. The price was good, the reviews were positive, so I ordered a set. Arrived a day early, well packed and exactly as described by the vendor. Nice appearance, sturdy, not a light weight board. Nice appearance, almost too nice to use as a cutting board. As the attached literature noted, the boards have a slight odor about them, which after being out of the packaging dissipated after a few hours. Lightly washed them and then air dried them. Have used one a couple of times this week and all is fine. After owning for one week, so far a good purchase, will see how extended use of the boards will see how the boards last.

So far, we have enjoyed our bamboo cutting board sets. This is our first set of wooden cutting boards so while it has taken a little extra care and attention as opposed to just throwing it in the wash, it has not been as overwhelming as I previously thought it would be. The size variation is perfect for my different food prep needs, and while I haven’t used them as presentation platters yet, I do like the versatility of being able to use both sides of the board. My only downside is that even with proper cleaning and oiling, I am getting splintering and fraying of the bamboo fibers that I have to remove occasionally.

Attractive Quality Bamboo Cutting Boards
So far I’m very impressed with the quality of these bamboo cutting boards. They are very attractive in appearance and can serve multiple purposes such as a charcuterie serving board for entertaining.I’m working on decreasing the amount of plastic I’m using so I am getting rid of my old plastic cutting boards and switching to these.

Nothing is most sustainable than bamboo. It groes so fast you can stand near a bamboo stand and hear the crackle of their growth. These cutting boards were very thoughtfully constructed by making it in three separate layers with the middle layer going perpendicular to the outside layers. This provides a SOLID structure that will not warp. Glues are food safe and nontoxic. Wash by hand, dry well and use food grade mineral oil every month or so to maintain a splinter free surface. Put these in a dishwasher ONLY IF YOU WANT TO DESTROY THEM. Geat value compared to hardwoods which are more prone to warping, splitting, and require more maintenance. Bamboo is much safer than plastic !
