A Great Tablet
My husband bought me this tablet as a birthday present. It came as a surprise and I am so glad he got it for me. Though he mentioned it was a bargain sale at less than $100 with a seller’s coupon, you soon enough realize it works better than (or as good as) all those other brand names costing several times what he paid for it. The 10 inch screen is protected out of the box; clear as a bell with bright colors that stand out. It is pretty quick, assisted by its 24 GB of RAM and it is likely to hold tons of stuff with the 128 GB of ROM, plus the 1TB expansion it can accommodate. Instructions on how to set it up are pretty simple to follow. I copied some data off my Galaxy phone with ease, and so was the connection to my home network, as well as it was for the bluetooth keyboard and mouse that were included. There is also a case for carrying the tablet and the keyboard around; though to tell the truth, I don’t think much of the case. Though it holds the tablet securely, that’s not so for the keyboard which just lays on top of the tablet when they’re carried together. The potential problem here is that there’s no snap or a wrap around elastic band to close the case, as they are found with others. So when the keyboard and the tablet are both carried around in the case, the keyboard could get damaged if it slips out inadvertently. Perhaps this could be treated as a minor issue when one considers all the other pluses this tablet package has to offer for its price, and the likelihood that few people would have use for the keyboard unless, like me, are sitting at a desk. Frankly, I think this tablet package deserves the five stars I’m giving it, and I’m glad my husband bought it for me. I’m very happy with my birthday present.

Works perfect needed a tablet to run square for my sales and it runs it perfectly. I got two so wife could use other for her book reading she loves how fast it is.

The tablet is quite nice in terms of performance for every day tasks such as watching Netflix/YouTube etc.I do sense some amount of lag, but it’s barely perceptible. It seems to have a decent CPU, but only 4GB of physical RAM.The display is not terribly crisp or impressive, but it’s alright.The 24GB comes from swapping with physical disk. There seems to be a stock version of android, but I’m not really sure. The keyboard feels very plasticky, but I’ve not used it at all yet.The case, though, feels very sturdy and nice. Overall, this is a great tablet that serves its purpose.

I bought this for my 10 yr old and he absolutely loves it…everything you need comes with it…doesnt lag and has plenty of storage…doesnt have a spot for SIM but as long as wifi is around it works wonderfully…great buy for the price as well with fast shipping…10/10

Mouse doesn’t connect
Ordered this item. Within the first day the mouse stop connecting to the lap top. When trying to contact someone the chat option said I needed to contact Amazon. They did a terrible job helping me. As a matter of face they didn’t help at all. They said I needed to repurchase the product because they won’t send out a replacement. The product would cost more money to repurchase it. So they would be stealing an extra $40 from me

Must be knowledgeable about tablets because this one has nothing explaining what to do with it or how it works. Fortunately this is not my first tablet and the Android OS fairly generic from brand to brand. A tablet in a box is all I received, after a few hours of trial and error it seems to be functioning well enough for its price point.
