Worked well until it didn’t.
Update: They finally responded to me and have said they would take care of the problem. We will see?I don’t normally do reviews but I would give this product a zero if I could! I bought this in July of 2024 and the battery or something is wrong with this item. It turns off randomly when showing almost a full charge, then it finally will come back on with 1% battery life showing. Then it charges within 15-20 minutes to full charge. It will then work for sometimes 5 minutes and others for 1 hour and cut off again. I had bought one similar but from another company and it wasn’t any good either, so thought I would try another more expensive version from someone else. It seems they are all pieces of crap. I will never buy another just plain android tablet. I have sent the seller a message with no response! Typical, they don’t support their products.

Edited 2/14/25:After posting my initial review, I was contacted by the seller. And the experience hasn’t been bad. There have been messages back and forth and I might (or might not) have solution. I was offered a replacement tablet or a refund and then I got an email that they could push a new software update that should fix the problem. I don’t know which of those is going to happen, but at least something is happening and the seller really does communicate. And, from what I understand, there is a new version out which I think, is what my replacement would be.A couple things you should know. You have to register the tablet to be able to get in touch with customer service. I hadn’t, but when I did, that seemed to help. Maybe. They will ask for a serial number and it’s not obvious (to me anyway) how to find it, but if you go to settings and then click on the model, it brings up another screen with the serial number on it.I’ve been using this tablet since November 2024 and it’s been working great. Easy setup, no problem playing games, just a very good tablet until…A few days ago the screen started randomly rotation. I use the table on a stand so it wasn’t anything I was doing to the table. It was in a stationary position. Screen would go from portrait to landscape and even rotate 180 degrees. And it does this randomly. I’ve tried the auto rotate both on and off and it doesn’t make any difference.There is supposed to be customer service according to the blurb about the tablet, but I can’t find anyone to contact – not a website or anything else.I’ve go two other android tablets, one that I’ve had for a couple of years. I use them of play games while watching a movie. I haven’t had this problem with either of the other tables (different brands). Since the random rotation on the screen makes it almost unusable even for just games, I wouldn’t recommend this tablet to anyone.I got it at a good price, but now I’m sorry I purchased it since it basically stopped being useful in about 2 months.

I love my new device, it’s perfect and works really well .. camera is working great after replacement. Seller and team was awesome in resolving my issue with 1 at device. Communication was wonderful and very helpful. Walked me thru what needed to be done and shipping was super fast.i love the keyboard mouse etc. it’s like a mini desk top in your hands . The charging is unbelievable!!!! Only charged once in 3 days and I have been using the whole time also I teach my daughter on this device… Abc mouse is her favorite. I will be buying again for my other children and I highly recommend!This is a device that I will have and be able to teach from for a long time… Thank you guys for taking care of me … You are simply awesome and I am truly grateful 🥲

Functions well but not the best battery life without some tweaking of settings.
In general it functions well and doesn’t come with a bunch of distracting “fluff” which I like, but the battery life could generally be better. A work around that helps with the battery life is to turn off the feature that automatically turns battery saver off when the tablet is fully charged and then turn battery saver back on.

Good little tablet, handles everything I need it to do nicely. Great communication from seller and fast responses. Would buy again!Update a few months laterMy wife bought this for me and I in turn bought her the exact same one because it seemed a good product and deal. Both of ours are having the exact same problem. The accelerometer, which is the sensor that tells it when the device is moving or most importantly when it’s tilted or upside down. Both of ours are malfunctioning, I have done full system analysis with device checking apps for all androids and the sensor test is chaotic to say the least. The tablet(s) think they are on a merry go round and this causes yourscreens auto rotation to constantly flip your screen in every direction, we can lay the tablet down on a flat table and the screen will randomly start turning and flipping in every direction. One tablet would have me thinking I got a dud, but both of ours doing the exact same thing has me thinking they built these with extremely cheap or discounted parts. Wouldnt be surprised if many others are starting to have problems, ours were great for like 2 months then back to back they started going nuts. Very disappointed, but not as much as my wife and kids that got me this for fathers day. I just did a hard reset on mine so right now it’s fine, but if history is any predictor of the future mine will start going nuts again in about a week, at which time I will record a video of what is happening and update this review
