Customers say
Customers find the soundbar delivers clear audio and works well with Fire TV, being easy to set up as a plug-and-play device. Moreover, they appreciate its compact size that fits well under monitors and in TV cabinets, and consider it good value for $99. However, the Bluetooth connectivity and volume control receive mixed feedback – while Bluetooth features are a nice addition, customers report frequent disconnections, and while the volume control is functional, some find it not ideal.

The soundbar sounds fantastic and is very compatible!
Definitely one of the better soundbars I have purchased. The price is absolutely worth it as we got it on sale and now we use it as one of our main speakers around the house. Very easy aro set up and the size of the speaker is perfect. Compatible with any device that has Bluetooth or HDMI or an AUX cable jack.

Sound bar on a budget
I saw this on sale and thought I would take a chance. I had been wanting a sound bar to replace the TV’s internal speakers which cast the sound downward. The sound bar casts the sound out in front of the TV, making it easier to hear the sound. It is an Amazon Fire product, and since I have a number of different Fire products that I am pleased with it was safe to try.The sound is adequate, far better than the TV’s speakers and allows me to lower the volume and still hear the sound.Positive points that helped to influence my decision to purchase were:- multiple input methods (HMDI arc, optic, USB, Bluetooth) allow me to have it connected to the TV, but when not watching TV I can stream other devices through it.-Price-Compact, fits under the TV screen and the black color matches the TV helping blend in.-I has preset equalizer settings so you can adjust it for movies, music or dialog.-Bass boost levelsI think the only thing that I found lackluster was the bass boost feature, but I am not seeking bass like you hear in so many cars that you hear sitting at a red light.Maybe they could have designed it with a built-in battery allowing you to use it remotely where power may not be available, but I know that would increase the price point. If you are looking for a budget sound bar with flexibility of inputs this is a good choice.

A Solid Entry-Level Option!
The Amazon Fire TV Soundbar offers a decent audio upgrade for those looking to improve their TV’s built-in sound without breaking the bank. Dolby Audio, along with the convenience of Fire TV integration. However, it’s important to have realistic expectations given its price point. What’s Good:Easy Setup: Connecting the soundbar is a breeze, especially if you already have a Fire TV device. The setup process is guided and intuitive.Fire TV Integration: This is a major selling point. Seamlessly controlling the soundbar with your Fire TV remote is incredibly convenient. No juggling multiple remotes!Improved Sound over TV Speakers: The soundbar definitely provides a noticeable improvement in clarity and depth compared to most television speakers. Dialogue is clearer, and the overall soundstage is wider.Compact Size: The soundbar’s slim profile fits nicely under most TVs without being intrusive.Affordable Price: This is a budget-friendly option for those wanting better sound without a huge investment.Bluetooth Connectivity: The ability to stream music wirelessly from your phone or other Bluetooth devices is a welcome addition. What’s Not So Good:Limited Bass: Being a 2.0 system, the bass response is somewhat lacking. While it adds some low-end presence, it won’t satisfy those looking for deep, rumbling bass for action movies or music. Consider a subwoofer if bass is a priority.Virtual Surround Sound: While DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Audio are present, the simulated surround sound effect is subtle. Don’t expect a truly immersive experience. It provides a slightly wider soundstage, but it’s not a replacement for a dedicated surround sound system.Sound Quality Could Be Better: While better than TV speakers, the overall sound quality is adequate, not exceptional. The mid-range can sometimes sound a bit muddy.Limited Connectivity: The soundbar primarily focuses on Fire TV integration. While it has Bluetooth, it lacks other input options like HDMI ARC, which could limit its versatility.Overall:The Amazon Fire TV Soundbar is a good entry-level soundbar for those primarily focused on improving the audio from their Fire TV and who are on a budget. The seamless Fire TV integration and improved dialogue clarity are its strongest points. However, if you’re a serious audiophile or crave powerful bass, you’ll likely need to spend more for a higher-end system. This soundbar is best suited for casual viewers who want a simple and affordable upgrade to their TV’s built-in speakers.

Good sound quality
This soundbar is step-up from the FireTv’s built-in speakers, with it’s three levels of bass and surround sound on/off function.Pros:>Clearer audio compared to the TV’s rear-facing speakers>Decent bass and surround sound>Great for smaller rooms (Sounds great in my ~14’X14′ living room)>Can be used as a bluetooth speaker for other devicesCons:>The unit can’t be controlled by the on screen audio settings, leaving you with only the movie, voice and music settings which can only be selected by the controls on the bar or included remote>The unit is a little too tall and can’t be placed under the TV if on a stand with the stock legs*I tested this product with my 4-series 43″ FireTV

Great addition to Tv with weak speakers
I am really happy with my soundbar. The speakers on my new TV are really poor so I was sort of forced into buying this soundbar. But now that I have it hooked up, I’m really impressed with the sound. Easy to connect and good or good enough sound quality for me. Would recommend.

Could have better instructions
I bought the sound bar because the sound from my fire TV was not clear anymore. I think the bar has made it better, but not as good as I would like. I think there are ways perhaps to adjust it more, but I find the instructions meager and not terribly helpful. I’m afraid to mess with it anymore for fear I’ll make it worse. So I would say it’s so-so. Maybe I just have to buy a new TV, which I hate to do.

Impressive sound quality
At the price point I didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice sound quality with respectable bass. I thought if I was disappointed I could always send it back, but I’ll happily be keeping it.
