Nice Tablet
I struggled with whether I needed this considering I already have a laptop. I am glad I purchased it. I am using it now to type this review. It is convenient for when you don’t want to sit at a desk with a laptop because I can set it up faster and anywhere in the house. The keyboard and mouse are a good addition. I use it mainly for gaming and shopping. The battery life is not as long as it boasts though because some games will simply drain it more than others. The touchscreen and sound are good as well; no complaints. It was worth the price (I got it on a Black Friday deal). The only cons: It does not connect to the Internet automatically and I have to connect every time I turn it on. Also, the mouse is strictly for right-handers and as a left-hander, the settings do not allow me to switch the buttons around.

I bought this tablet about six months ago, and it worked fine until recently. Now, every time I turn it on, I get an error message that says, “Your device is corrupt, it can’t be trusted, and may not work correctly.” It also prompts me to press the power button to continue. After a few attempts, the device eventually boots up and works, but it’s frustrating. I tried factory reset and it still has the same issue. As for tech support, good luck—these devices are made in China, and they don’t even have a website for support. I strongly advise against buying it unless you purchase the warranty. I didn’t buy the warranty because it was nearly 30% of the tablet’s total cost.

I recently purchased this Android tablet, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The setup was incredibly easy, and I was up and running in no time. The display is crisp and vibrant, making it perfect for watching videos, browsing the web, and reading e-books. The performance is smooth and responsive, even when multitasking with multiple apps open at once.Battery life is fantastic, lasting me all day with regular use, and the tablet charges quickly when needed. Comes with Keyboard and mouse but I see no use of it.Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and performance of this device at such an affordable price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile tablet!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased this tablet on February 6 of 2024. Toward the end of July, it began to malfunction. It would become difficult to boot up, turn off without prompting, and corrupt videos. Finally, it would not boot up at all, with the message that there was no operating system. It is not unusual for new electronics to develop faults in the early going. What is unusual is the top drawer customer service that I experienced with POWMUS, THE MAKERS OF THIS TABLET. As soon as I sent a request for them to contact me through AMAZON, they emailed me, requested my order number, a brief description of the problem, and just like that they scheduled a replacement unit to be sent to me, which I received this morning, about a week after my first contact. Every thing was cordial with an apparent eagerness to make things right.I am hoping that this replacement tablet lasts for some time, as the first one was a pleasure to use when it was functioning properly. I used it mostly for biking videos on UTUBE, and for SPOTIFY music to accompany workouts.I highly recommend this company and its products.

Budget Tablet that has thinner screen than most (good thing)
Initially had some strange issues with very poor quality graphics in a game I regularly play but after full reset and updating to latest software tablet the graphics are okay. It is definitely a budget tablet but is worth the price for its features. It did not walk me through setup unlike another brand budget tablet I had tried but returned. I like the thinner screen on this one which makes it lighter. I also enjoy the 128k of internal storage. The sound is much better than my previous budget tablet which I really liked for its graphics and speed till I dropped it too many times and could no longer recharge it. The keyboard and mouse the Chinese manufacturers now package with most of these budget tablets were unnecessary but may be useful for others. I would rather they spent the money on improving processor and speed than on peripherals. The included cover/case is nice for now.
