Can’t even use or charge the laptop without ordering something else
So far, can’t tell you how the damn laptop works because I can’t charge it. I live in California, this shipped overnight meaning it’s been in the United States for at least long enough to have been shipped with the correct power plug for this country. It comes with a European style power plug which makes absolutely ZERO sense. So to even find out if this thing works I had to order a plug adapter to take the plug from European to US wall plug. This literally ruined my day and made me extremely angry. If you’re selling a product in the United States, it should come able to be used in the United States. I shouldn’t have to order something separate just to simply operate this thing unless it was made very clear in the product description that you would have to buy a plug adapter for EU to US. And it was not mentioned at all. Expecting a plug that works in the United States to come with the product shouldn’t even be a question. I shouldn’t open a box for something that comes here from here and has been here for who knows how long, and see a plug for a European household. One would expect that out of the box I shouldn’t open be able to charge the damn laptop. Anyone else have this stupid problem??????? I’ll update the review to let it be known if the laptop even works or turns on or not. Because even though it’s here in my hands I can’t even try it or charge it or turn it on because of this ridiculously dumb oversight on behalf of Amazon. If you’re selling a product, it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s sold properly in a way that the product is actually useable. And if it isn’t, it should be made clear what must be done to make it usable in the product description. Wouldn’t have bought this damn piece if I knew this was going to happen.

Pleased with the purchase of this laptop. It works as it should. It is a little slow loading but I work in an office on a computer and it could be my wifi is not as good. It is perfect for the few things I do on a computer.

5 stars for value for the purchase price, speed, weight and battery life. Screen size is also ideal. Needed a laptop for nursing school and researched this one on internet and couldn’t be more satisfied. It was a smart purchase. Even used remotely out of the country with great ease and no lack in connectivity. I highly recommend.

I am disappointed in the laptop. The main problem that I am having is that it is very slow in doing simple tasks such as when I click on something, it takes as long as 20 seconds to bring up a new page. It’s like it was a computer from 20 years ago. I bought this for my wife to just surf the web. It works, but takes way too long. I should have returned it, but just thought my wife was not giving it a fair chance to learn her preferences. It does work better if you use it for more than 10 minutes at a time. But I would not recommend this . Spend a little more money. I think you will be more satisfied.
