Orison LED ceiling fan – very happy!
My family loves this ceiling fan light!! It is very light weight but sturdy construction, modern look with great features and remote. We like the clean look, the low profile and how quiet it is when it is on. These fans keep the air moving and circulating with speeds from a low gentle breeze to high with all settings controlled by the remote. At night you can even put on low speed and have the air refreshed without feeling air blowing on you. This helps with heating and cooling costs to maintain set temperatures and fan can be reversed from winter to summer by a button on the remote. This is an efficiency we wanted and have with this fan.Another great feature is the LED chip panel – NO MORE CHANGING LIGHT BULBS!! YAY!! These have a range of brightness from bright daylight to night light. Once set by the remote and then turned off – goes back to your setting when turned back on. These are great for rooms like a rec room where occasionally a bright light may be needed during the day or at night. I gave one to my sister and she is tickled to pieces with the brightness of the light when she wants to work on her jigsaw puzzles and would also be great for any hobbies with intricate details and designs.Removing old ceiling fan fixture and installing the new Orison ceiling fan took about 30 minutes total. Installing the new one was much easier as it is light weight and installs right into the same junction box as the old fan. Only have the electrical connections to make to the existing wires, align and twist to secure. Even had a hook to hold it while making the wiring connections.I was pleased with the price for this product – before getting a discount coupon – and in 3 months we have replaced 3 in our home. I am hopeful we will be as pleased with their performance for many years down the road. With the blessing of the coupon, I purchased 6 more for gifts and future upgrades. This tool about 10 minutes to install. What a difference. It gives all the light we needed in a windowless room. The color options are perfect for movie and game nights.Easy to install, the remote works perfectly. Functions like it should, and is small enough to be good for a low ceiling height. Very well priced and seems built to last

Great LED replacement light AND fan to replace an older instant-on fluorescent older fixture! We liked:1. Simple installation for this Orison smart fan/light. The special clip hanger from installed electric box mount plate to unit device keeps you safe and makes this a one person job.2. LED lamp color temperature choice is awesome, particularly in matching personal preference and/or aligning with paint and decor. Plus you can vary lumen (brightness) output to match varying needs or desires.3. On a single end of run electric wall switch you can turn on and off the Orison light but you’ll need to use remote to turn on fan. Remote was paired to unit out of the box, and is easy to use for all fan speeds, light intensity/color choices, and timer or nighttime setting features.4. Before and after photos here show the florescent vs Orison. The Orison is set to about 75% intensity in a 7×8 small kitchen…the photo showing light/fan and floor shows that overall lumens are excellent!Overall, Orison features and remote control, ease of install, value for money spent, and…finally…a strong, yet variable breeze in a small, warm kitchen added up to 5-stars for this reviewer.

From easy on the eyes brightness to a full room of sunshine brightness at the press of a button Fan is quiet & even at high speed it makes minimal noise. Very easy to install We put it in a spare bedroom and with the amount of air it produces, Im thinking it may work well in our kitchen to replace a current big ceiling fan

I bought two of these fans for guest bedrooms, mainly for the Alexa integration since these will be used by guests. The Alexa model also include a second RGB light I didn’t need, but it’s a fun bonus.Installation seemed simple—I had someone else do it, but I think I could’ve done it myself.Here’s the breakdown:Main light: Adjustable brightness and color temp (daylight, soft white, etc.). Remote offers limited options, but the Tuya app gives full control. Alexa can turn it on/off and adjust brightness slightly, but that’s about it. Settings persist when powered off and back on.RGB light: A separate, ceiling-facing light. You can use it with or without the main light. The remote has limited color options; the Tuya app offers full RGB control and dimming. Alexa can’t control this light independently.Fan: Quiet even at max speed, and good air flow. Six speeds via remote or app. Alexa can turn it on/off, but speed control is inconsistent—works sometimes on one fan, not at all on the other.Usability:Remote: Not intuitive. OK once you learn it, but guests will struggle.Tuya App: Excellent, easy to use, full-featured. But who would use an app?Alexa: Covers basic on/off but struggles with anything advanced. Voice commands can be frustrating and inconsistent.One fan had a glitch and took time to get working. Still misses one command the other fan handles fine.Bottom line:Looks great, runs quiet, and fully customizable via app. Remote is passable. Alexa is limited. Would I buy it again? Probably—but I hoped a better Alexa interface.

This fan is perfect for our needs. We have a low ceiling so this light/fan combo works perfectly for our space. I love the light features. I can choose between warm or cool colored light and bright to dim. The fan is great. It is reversible and has 6 different speeds to choose from. It is quiet and cool. I am very happy with the purchase. I may buy more for other rooms.
