Drink plenty of water and take these tablets! I use one every couple of hours when I’m running, and so far, so good. They have a great balance of electrolytes, in good quantities. I’m happy when the product and would compare them to a number of much more expensive brands.

Amazon won’t let me explain what I use this for, but it’s a health issue that rhymes with “damps” in the part of the body between the knees and the feet. Works very well because of the Potassium and Magnesium, which my doc recommended.

It’s just salt tablets. It works as well as eating more salt. It does have a small amount of some vitamins. Not sure of the purity – what is “pink Himalayan sea salt”?

A must-have for anyone with POTS!
I was diagnosed with POTS in 2021 and I have tried everything to increase my electrolytes, but I hate constantly using drink packets that either have sugar, artificial ingredients, or both to supplement my normal salt intake. These electrolyte pills allow me to increase my electrolytes with clean ingredients, so I can feel good all the way around! I take 2 every morning and have them on a subscription. If I’m having an especially rough day I may take a third pill later on. I have no issues swallowing them and the size isn’t a problem for me, but someone who is older or has trouble swallowing pills may want to break them up. All in all, I can’t recommend these pills enough!
