The best sleep aid!
I first used Benadryl for an allergic reaction, but found with how drowsy it makes me that it’s an excellent sleep aid. As someone with insomnia who takes at least two hours to fall asleep, I take it about 30-60 minutes before I’m planning to sleep and it makes it really easy to fall asleep and stay asleep, not recommended to take constantly. I wake up feeling totally normal, unlike over the counter and prescription sleeping pills that make me feel like a zombie the next morning. This stuff is great and the pills are TINY, easy to swallow even without water.I don’t use it often since constant use isn’t recommended, just when I really need to catch up on some decent sleep or have an early flight, so my bottle is about 4 years expired now but still works just fine for falling asleep. I definitely don’t recommend driving for hours after taking it, plan accordingly.
