How do I switch devices when a trucker’s Bluetooth headset is connected to both a cell phone and a computer?
Once the phone and computer are successfully connected via Bluetooth and paired with the headset, incoming calls from the phone can be quickly and accurately switched to the calling device using the MFB button.
Does LEVN LE-HS012 basic headset work with desk phones and IP phones connection to a landline?
It does not work with desk phones and IP phones.
WHY CAN’T I HEAR THE CALLER’S VOICE WHEN I MAKE A CALL WITH THE HEADSET CONNECTED, AND IT’S HARD FOR THEM TO HEAR ME?
Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [LEVN LE-HS012 Basic] on the call interface after answering the call.
How to clear the pairing records?
Press and hold the MFB power button and volume + button at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Seeing that the LED indicator light is purple, the headset has cleared the pairing record and restored the factory settings.

WAY better than expected! Solid win!
Quality was definitely what they had in mind when making this headset. I’m a local truck driver who is in and out of my truck 10x daily. Pretty much line haul and dropping trailers 8-10 times a day. I needed a headset, but couldn’t justify spending $150-$200 on a Blue Parrot. I also needed to make sure it had decent quality. I saw some of the other reviews, so I decided to pull the trigger.When I pulled it out of the box, I could tell instantly it was a high quality headset. The build quality and comfort were unparalleled. But the real test, how was the call quality. It claimed to be noise canceling. I did a test call while at home and it was flawless, but how will it work while in my 10 year old Mack that vibrates and rattles quite a bit. We are heavy haul weight up to 100,000 lbs so our trucks to take a beating.1st day of use while on the road left me speechless. My girlfriend couldn’t hear ANY background noise at all! I made it to my destination while talking with her. I kept her on the line and went up the tarp rack to un-tarp my 53’ trailer. Even with the other trucks moving around, me untarping, and loads of background noise, she didn’t hear a thing. Crystal clear sound and zero degradation! Clarity unmatched! This brings up another point. Even when walking to the end of the trailer some 69 feet away and up above the truck, no signal loss!The buttons are soft touch and easy to press. No need to dig in there and press hard. The power button at the top also works to answer and end calls as well as activate Siri. It has all the features and quality of models far more expensive at a fraction of the cost. This is a win for anyone who needs trucker and I highly recommend it!

Better than an in-ear device
Very good item. Paired with my Samsung phone immediately. Sound is perfect. Sometimes a bit boomy but I think this is not determined by this unit; probably due to my caller because it has never happened again with my other calls. Prior to buying this I tried an “in-ear” device. It was uncomfortable. I like this one a lot !

Recommeded Best Work Wireless Headset
I recommend this wireless headset for tele-work/remote workers! I use this wireless headset as my work headset. The durability of this headset is incredible as heavy usage has been used over the past year! The headset sits well over my head and it has a soft pad on the inner part of the headband for comfort. I work four 10 hour shifts throughout the week and have this headset on the entire time. The battery life has been consistent after over a year of use.I also love the audio features when it lets you know verbally that your headset is connected or disconnected from your laptop/desktop, battery is low, and when you’re muted or not. The sound is crisp clear when listening to others. Everyone that I can talk to over the headset microphone can hear me without issue. I love the separate mute button on the side that you can physically press and you’ll hear the prompt “mute on” or “mute off.” This is important to me because sometimes during meetings, I want to double check that I’m muted so I don’t have a hot mic, which can be embarrassing.I’ve gone through about 3 or 4 other wireless headset brands and this is the only one that has not failed me. The other devices will fail by not being able to wireless connect to my work laptop and or microphone failure. Moreover, as I step away and walk around the house while in the middle of meetings I’m still well connected to my workstation with no issues as my office is on the 2nd floor. LEVN wireless headset has kept me wirelessly connected since the day I’ve used it over a year ago. Did I mention that pairing the LEVN to my work laptop was also super easy and I’m not a techie in way shape or form!The reason for me ordering a new one is the head band snapped due to constant usage and I ended up taping it to keep it on my head. Even though the headband physically broke, the headset was still fully functional with all its features. Please don’t let this deter you from trying this headset! I’m glad I found this headset a year ago because I’ll be using this new replacement I just ordered until it breaks, to which I’ll order another again!

Good little headset. Connects quickly and noise canceling of background noises works well. Battery life is good and I like having the option to flip microphone around to either side. Took a star off because the speaker isnt very loud and can be hard to hear sometimes over engine and wind noise

LEVN LE-HA012 BASIC is a good headset.
Works great. The sound is just about as good as those in ear earbuds, and people can hear me in very noisy places (in a place i would have to yell to speak to someone next to me, it’s fine speaking normally over the headset).I use glasses and the ear cup pressed against my head makes the glasses a little uncomfortable after a while. Adjusting how that sits on the ear, or just flipping which side of my head the cup sits is a good enough fix.Overall, I’d recommend this product, and I would get it again if I needed to.

My husband loves it…
It’s a good product when it works, it’s the only one my husband uses that he has no issues hearing with, while he’s working. It fits comfy, easy to connect to the phone, mic is clear, and the battery life is too bad. The issue I have with it is, after a few months, it just stops working. This is probably the fourth one I’ve purchased for him. If I have to get it another time, I’m using the insurance to see if it makes a difference.

This is very comfortable headset. The sound quality and noise canceling is awesome. It was easy to pair with my work computer and my phone. The volume and mute buttons are easy to find. The range of this headset is great. I can walk out into the yard to let the dogs out. The only complaint I have is with the boom mic, it jiggles a little too much when you move your head and the noise is distracting. Overall, I give it a 4.7. I would recommend this headset for the money.

When connecting to next call, the blue tooth disconnects. Everytime moving between calls, blue tooth connectivity should be restarted again which is not user friendly. I returned the item.

Soy mamá y tengo una bebé de tres años y constantemente estoy ocupada con ella durante todo el día y mis manos siempre están cargando algo o sosteniendo algo o preparando algo, etc. cuando recibí llamadas eran muy incómodo para mí tener la cabeza de lado con el teléfono y a la vez estar haciendo cosas Primero me compré unos audífonos de esos que van en una oreja colgad hitos en una oreja, pero tardaba mucho tiempo en acomodarme en la oreja y se me caía fuera de eso funcionaba muy bien, pero después pensé que lo mejor sería una diadema tipo callcenter y encontré esta después de ver muchas opciones realmente yo buscaba algo como de 500 pesos mexicanos, pero leía a las reseñas y veía que habían problemas y con esta que cuesta mucho más de lo que inicialmente, pensé, leí muy buenas opiniones y justo lo que yo quería, por ejemplo que sea de una oreja que el micrófono se pueda mover en diferentes direcciones, lo cual hace fácil guardarlo que cancele el ruido fuera de lo que es la voz que la acolchado sea cómodo y que la batería dure y todo eso ha sido así, yo estoy muy contenta con esta compra, me ha ayudado muchísimo a que mis días sean más fáciles a poder estar en comunicación y no tan aislada por no poder contestar llamadas, la verdad es que estoy feliz con esta compra, y yo recomiendo mucho este producto para guardarlo dentro de la casa, compré un una cosita de plástico que pegue atrás de un mueble que es para colgar auriculares, tipo de edema y siempre lo tengo a la mano. Ahora bien, no he tenido que transportarlo fuera de mi casa en ese caso, quizás compraría una funda o más bien un estuche rígido, en caso de necesitarlo, pero no veo cuando eso vaya pasar, así que por el momento está perfecto así
