No fuss, easy-to-use, and comfortable headset.My employer provided me with a different headset initially, one that used Bluetooth but was unreliable. I was fed up and switch to this headset that I bought on my own. I spent several hours every day in meetings. Even when I’m not in meetings, I have the headset on so I can hear alerts on my computer. This works perfectly and exactly as advertised. It’s not complicated in the least. Just plug it into a USB port and you’re done. There is no battery life to worry about, no wireless issues, etc.The actual cushions that cover the ears are fairly comfortable — at least much more comfortable than other headsets I’ve used. Wearing it for 12 hours straight will start to become uncomfortable to ouch, trust me. I don’t think any headset would be comfortable for 13 hours.The microphone is also good. I’ve not had any complaints from coworkers about sound. The microphone is adjustable to a degree.Because this is a no-nonsense headset from a reputable brand, these are pretty durable as well. I’m not exactly gentle with them all the time, but they’ve shown no evidence of wear and no loose joints/connections.Definitely recommend if you want a straightforward headset.

Pink model is painful but black model is just right
April 21, 2025 Update: Amazon let me return the pink headset even though I had it for two months. Thanks Amazon! I purchased a new black headset model and it feels Great! I can already tell it’s like my old one I bought in 2019. I can wear it all day. Also, the noise cancelling mic on these is wonderful. I have had a fan blowing right next to my head on occasion and people on conference calls have said they couldn’t hear a thing.Previous Review:Previous purchase of the black model in 2019 was GREAT!Lasted until 2025 with daily, all day use.I had to purchase a new one recently and I went with Pink. My head and ears hurt after wearing for an hour. I don’t know if the manufacturing has changed in the past few years or what. But these are really painful for extended use.

Highly recommended for persons working from home and need protection from back ground noise.
I really like this product and that it really works with eliminating back ground noise. The only reason this headset did not get a 5⭐ is because the persons on the other end always saying they’re voice is echoing so i have to always mute when they are speaking in order to get rid of the echoing. The puffs fit perfectly on my ears and it is very comfortable and light. The design is also classy and unique and its easy to connect to my computer once its plugged in. I did all sort of sound test and the person on the other end did not hear the sounds.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I paid like 12$ for this and honestly am so happy and surprised–my computer doesn’t work with bluetooth headphones and I needed something quick and cheap that plugs into my computer–and these are not only super cute, but also relatively comfortable, adjustable, great sound quality, and I’ve gotten compliments about the quality on the microphone saying I sound better than some of my other friends on discord who’ve paid well over 80$ for their mics.

Just Bought 3rd Pair (Not As Good as first two pair)
When I began teaching online the fall of 2018, I bought my first pair of these headphones. I taught every morning for 4 hours and Friday and Saturday night for 4 – 6 hours. So these were well used. Currently, my son is still using them.I bought a back up pair in early 2020 and they stayed in the package for another year before my son needed an emergency pair and I gave the old ones and wore the new ones.The mic arm on that pair has always been tight and awkward … and sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wiggle the base a bit to get it to turn.So I wanted to upgrade and purchased two on the more expensive Logitech headsets .. that cover your entire ear.So, I’m nearly blind and rely on my sense of sound to compensate for what I cannot see. I was unprepared for the sense of unbalance with the full ear cover set. And I could not hear myself. And I had to keep reaching up to pull them away from my ears to let the air pressure equalize.I have one bright child, Anna, who only lasted 15 minutes with the new set before begging me to put on the old ones. (I can’t hear you with that one .. it just sounds so different.) We also tried the bluetooth set, and said the same thing. I began asking my other students … every one of them wanted me to use my old headphones. Although one said the bright color was “disturbing” after seeing the black ones for 3 years.With their urging, I bought a third pair of these. Not so comfortable at times, especially at the beginning, but they do loosen up over time.There is a volume / mute button on the cord that ONLY affects the volume … and it is super easy to run my hand down the side to adjust volume with each student and to mute myself for a cough or to talk to my kids for a second.Some kids claim that they can hear everything going on around me, and others don’t notice it. Only a few of my students use headphones or earbuds.I’m still teaching my same schedule here as 2023 progresses. And still wearing the same headphones.June 2024 … I finally had to retire the last pair of headphones, as the wires were become exposed. So, a year and a half after purchase, I pulled the 3rd pair out of their box. And I wish I could send them back. These are nowhere near the quality of the last two pair. How disappointed I am! The size adjustments keep sliding out, so the ears sag as I’m teaching. The feel of the plastic is much cheaper. I can hear the slide of the plastic when I adjust the mic up or down. These are horrible – but I’m stuck with them. Also, there is a “burr” of plastic sticking out that scrapes my leg while I’m teaching .. on the mic adjustment. I’m not sure how long these will last, but it’s not going to be the 3-4 years of the last two pair. These are horrible.

This is a long term review. Product is working fine ☺️ it is comfortable to wear for a short time may be 2 hours. But beyond it feels uncomfortable.Speakers are loud enough. But we can still hear people talking if their conversation is loud and microphone is fare enough. Haven’t received any feedback from anyone that they’re having issues with my face and clarity.Haven’t faced any issues and it serves it’s purpose. Do recommend people looking for budget friendly headset.Thanks 👍

Ya había comprado unos de estos hace unos dos años y ya tocaba cambairlos por que los usaba diario.el cable es bueno pero si de muhco uso como que se dobla donde estan los controles. Es muy como y liviano. Lo que me gusta es que se esucha super bien y el miscrofo sirve super y pues que es ajustable

Los compré para trabajar y los recomiendo a todos mis compañeros. Se escuchan genial y te escuchan igual de bien, con muchísima claridad y calidad. Puedes aumentar muchísimo el volumen al que entra el sonido, por lo que viene genial si con tu ordenador no puedes subirlo demasiado. Solo les pongo la pega de que no se puede cambiar el lado en el que tienen el micrófono
