Speedy service. Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Monday morning. Customer support was great too. Software was not in box. Within a 1/2 hr of sending email to Amazon, had response from Seller with link to download software and license key. Very happy with laptop and customer service.

Ready for the windows change.
This computer was very easy to set up and transfer information from my old computer . It was nice that it came with Excel, Word and pivot tables. The graphics and sound are very good. I prefer Dell computers. My last one is still working and it’s 10 years old, but I cannot upgrade it to the new windows.

question on Office 365
The apps invoke fine but every time I get a message wanting me to sign ‘sign in’, but the Office info included says not to respond to any 365 prompts – how can I get these prompts to stop every time I start Excel, etc.? Thanks
