Best all around for what you get, it’s fast, and reasonably priced.
Really nice laptop we got for my DIL for college. She went back to finish her nursing degree and while she does have an iPad not all her papers can be sent from the Apple to the college. She needs a certain program or App that allows her to submit lt. This was reasonably priced, with a nice amount of storage and memory to meet her needs. It is in my opinion large, but she said it makes it really nice for her not only in her classes and is not an issue for her to carry on campus in her bag. She loves the feel of the keyboard. Plus the layout. It doesn’t have touch screen, but for the price difference which was more than double to get that she said don’t bother all her work can be done physically online. She loved the color white, although if the price was a little less money in pink I would have gotten that for her. She had no issues literally taking it out of the box, after a quick 3 min. Set up she was on her way. No bloat wear to speak of, and runs fast on her WIFI from in the house and at school. It’s easy to use, user friendly and while the battery life isn’t the longest she always has her charger in her bag to make sure it is there just in case. Hp is a great name in computers. She is also enjoying school more she said because of this laptop.

Lightweight as advertised but a computer with very little memory to it. The value for the money was not worth it in my opinion and there would be very little gaming capability as this computer is not built for gaming. Brightness is good and the display is okay!

DO NOT BUY THIS.
It says it comes with 223 gb of storage but it actually only has 50 the rest is on an external hard drive but it runs SO SLOW and doesn’t let you download anything to it. Don’t waste ur money I wish I never bought this crap!!

I ordered this new laptop at Christmas for my studying-on-line student. He has a large load of coursework and is thrilled with how well he can study, schedule, and submit everything so easily. He is getting all “A” grades so far!

Not windows 10!!! But you can get windows 10 on it
It came with windows 11!!! It is advertised as 10!!! I need 10 for school so I had to figure out how to downgrade which idk if that means I lose the free one year of cloud storage literally in the middle of doing this right now. So idk it seems okay for the price besides the fact it wasn’t as advertised. Will update review if everything works out. If not I will return it and remove a star. If it works and is great I’ll add a few.Update: so overall it’s a decent machine now that I have the os that is supposed to be on it. I only added one more star because it lacks a back lit keyboard, one drive app doesn’t work keeps having an error but it works via edge, and very little storage so I ordered an sd card. It will do what I need it to and it has USB ports overall it’s a good machine for the price if it worked out of the box like I intended when I ordered it I would give it 3.5-4 stars but the lack of storage and features is I guess a get what you pay for situation.

I love this little laptop, however this laptop must be a new revision as the ports look nothing like that image. 1 usb c port on left, 2 usb standards on right and a hdmi port and of all things a Ethernet jack for wired internet. I actually like the fact it can be wired and the sd card i can do without, but this product listing is now inaccurate. Please revise for new model.

2 weeks aftwer we bought it the internal microphone stopped working and it took us 6 days to reach out to the technical department in hp! On another hand they stayed for 3 hours on the phone couldnt fix it! Then said they will send a ups box to collext it and send a replacement… it was delayed we called to check they said 3 more days and no replacement for the time of repair !!! Plus it needs 11 working days to be fixed and 4 business days to be shipped. On top of that the printer driver disapeared it stopped working and stopped detecting printers!!HP is a headache!!Bad choice dont buy this !
